"My stay at the Sheraton Shenyang Lido Hotel was absolutely perfect, and I have to give a special shout-out to Serena – she deserves full marks! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions about hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and transportation. They were professional and thoughtful throughout. Not only did they proactively upgrade my room and arrange a high-floor room with a great view, but they also thoughtfully provided complimentary welcome fruits and a small gift. Check-out was equally efficient and smooth; they even helped me call a taxi and store my luggage. I felt completely at home the entire time. The hotel's environment is elegant, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is excellent. Combined with such outstanding front desk service, this is definitely a benchmark for five-star hotels in Shenyang. Highly recommended!"
