It felt cold even at 28 degrees Celsius when it was on, and incredibly hot when it was off. I almost caught a cold. The AC wasn't working. Surroundings: Beautiful, but a child fell into the water, which gave me a scare. Children playing in the water should be careful. I have good hearing, and when I heard the thud, I rushed over. The child had already gotten up, but I was still terrified. Service: They helped me with my luggage when I checked in, and I had to push and carry it myself when I checked out. I understand they were busy.
