The overall environment of the hotel is also very good, clean and tidy without losing style. The room hygiene is in place, the details are very clean, and the living is particularly safe. The service of the staff is nothing to say, warm and thoughtful, from check-in to check-out, people feel very intimate. What surprised me most was that the hotel provided a free paddle board experience. This activity is great. It is both close to nature and able to exercise. It is the most satisfying place for this stay. It is worth mentioning that the location of the hotel is particularly convenient, next to a leisure square, and there is a free scenic park around. The scenic park is very suitable for walking. The flat route is about 3 kilometers away. When you go shopping in the morning and evening, the air is particularly fresh and the environment is very good. It can both exercise and relax, which adds a lot to this stay. In terms of breakfast, although the type is relatively simple, it is better to be clean and taste good. Seeing that the hotel staff is also dining in the same area, people can eat at ease. However, there is a small problem. The snacks in the breakfast, such as buns, are already cold when eating. I hope that I can pay attention to heating in time and improve the taste. It is recommended that the hotel can improve the sanitation of the swimming pool, and can work more on water quality maintenance or facility updates; too many impurities in the water affect the experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The restaurant is clean and hygienic, with a wide variety of dishes including noodles, rice, and even more substantial options like beef brisket and shrimp. There's also a good selection of fruits such as cantaloupe, watermelon, and Shine Muscat grapes. The bread and pastries look very appetizing too. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service.

房間很舒服，床很大，兩個1.5米的床，4個閨蜜一起住都沒問題，民宿環境也好，老闆也很熱情，餐廳已經泡的果酒好好喝，順口得讓老闆擔心我們喝多了😄，喜歡這種真正的民宿，不是打着民宿的名稱卻是公寓房的地方，喜歡拍照的朋友可以去試試，院子拍照很出片！

總體挺好的，就是一出電梯就是樓梯沒有護欄特別危險，晚上樓道燈光暗，孩子差點摔下去，帶長者小朋友的一定注意，屋裡壁紙可能被之前住客弄的挺臟的，衞生還行，平台寫的兩張2米大床實際是長兩米😅，一個1.5米，一個1.8米的，前台小姐姐主動給升級，實際夠住了我們沒換，還送了小零食

The room has a smart toilet and electric curtains, and the bath water is large and hot. Four people checked in and added mineral water and breakfast without charging any money. The staff was warm and thoughtful, very good!

Our group of six elderly people traveled from Shanghai to Lijiang, Dali, Mengzi, and Mile. The atmosphere and service of Xicheng Holiday Hotel were the most memorable and heartwarming aspects of our trip. We are deeply grateful to the hotel staff for leaving us with such a wonderful impression.

It is the best B&B in the entire ancient city. The entire B&B is designed with great care, and every decoration, including the koi carp in the pond and the small flowers next to it, show the meticulous considerations of the designer and operator. It is also pet-friendly. For breakfast, you take your silver ingots to eat at another breakfast restaurant, which is very ceremonial. The boss is very kind and responsive to all requests. However, there are not many rooms, so those who want to go grab them early!

Cleanliness: The room was generally clean, but I hope they can be more thorough next time. There were some small insects left in the room that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The cleanliness of the public areas needs improvement. Environment: Waking up every day surrounded by mountains feels wonderful, like being in a fairyland. Because it's a mountainous area, various flying insects are present in the corridors and courtyards. Those who mind this should choose carefully. Service: The service is impeccable, very professional, and they handle problems promptly and effectively. Due to a system problem, our room booking wasn't updated in time, resulting in one room not being available. The manager quickly resolved the issue and made the necessary adjustments and compensation. Our trip wasn't affected at all. Thumbs up! For those driving, parking is available. Just be careful when driving on the mountain roads. It's very close to the entrance of the Nizhu River Grand Canyon, and there are shuttle buses to and from parking lots 1 and 2.

Maybe it’s because the mountains are too humid and the facilities are aging quickly, so the air conditioning effect is not very good. Fortunately, there are electric blankets. The service provided by the front desk girl is very good, considerate and attentive. The environment is worth it, especially the beautiful cherry blossom mountain road to the left when you go out the back door of the hotel. You can walk to the Stone Forest of Weigu Village and drive a short distance to the beautiful Xiaolongtan Village. Turning right from the back door you can reach the Pinde Village Observation Deck, which is so beautiful! Living here is an unexpected surprise!
