房間環境還可以，但就是沒有熱水的，住了兩天都沒有熱水，早上和前台反映沒有熱水，先是説我放水時間太短（放了5分鐘），後面説叫阿姨幫我看一下。然後到我晚上回去仍然沒有熱水，18點聯繫了前台説熱水器壞了1個小時才可以修好，20點仍然沒有熱水，再次詢問前台説熱水器還沒修好，要等到23點半。23點半我再次致電前台詢問熱水器是否修好了，回答是修好了，但熱水還要稍等一會才能燒好，我繼續等到至凌晨12點半，仍沒有熱水，第二天早上起床仍然沒有熱水。就這種處理問題的速度與態度着實不行，希望趕快解決吧，遇到問題是怎樣就是怎樣，一直推脱時間，非常浪費我的時間，以及後續處理了是怎樣也不會給予反饋，趕快改進吧
