Not very quiet, I am not referring to the surrounding management of the hotel, but the noise made by other hotel guests, and the hotel could not take the initiative to solve it after the complaint. However, the last request for a room change, the front desk arranged it, it was better.
Although it is a four-star, the service is not professional enough.

The air conditioning is not very strong, a little hot. The bedding is also good, and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast is great. Although there are many people in the morning due to team activities, the waiter can handle it well.

First, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. From check-in to check-out, their service was consistently excellent, making our stay more comfortable. The front desk staff, in particular, always greeted us with a smile and answered all our questions patiently.
The room was spacious and featured a modern design. It was impeccably clean, and the bathroom was equipped with the latest amenities. The bed was very comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the view from the window was fantastic, offering a beautiful panorama of Heshan City's skyline.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel many times on business trips. The reason is that the environment is good, but this time something happened. I was very upset and angry. I used up the meal in the morning and held a meeting in the room in the morning. It was nearly 11:50. The front desk called and said that I would charge if I didn’t leave. It was more than 20 yuan an hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12 o'clock and he said yes.
Give 10 minutes to clean up, is this what the service industry staff said?
Afterwards, the hotel manager apologized, and the attitude was more sincere. He said that he would not set it on the platform in the future. He set the same meter on the applet but he could check out late. Although he didn’t understand it, he respected it. After all, the rules were like that.

The hotel is more than 900 meters away from the Xinhua City business district and the location is okay. The hotel style should be the latest version of all-season design. The landscaping design outside the gate has a dry landscape style, which is simple and elegant. There are parking lots at the entrance and behind the hotel. Special mention of the parking lot at the back. It looks like the old factory building has been renovated. The ground is paved with epoxy floor paint that is only used in high-end underground parking lots? Get off the bus and connect seamlessly to the hotel lobby, which is very friendly to self-driving users. The room is spacious, reasonably laid out, well-equipped with accessories, soundproofed, and hygienic (it feels quite comfortable after a night's sleep). When checking in, the front desk gave me a room upgrade and a late checkout at 2 pm, which was a good review. I originally wanted to have the all-season breakfast (I have had it before with a variety of choices and good taste), but since it was my first time in Heshan, I decided to go out and try the local specialties. Generally speaking, a good hotel experience will really add points to a city. This time There is still no wrong choice throughout the season.

GGuest UserThis hotel gave me a lot of surprises. I arrived at around 8 a.m. because I had a baby over one year old. Before booking, I called the hotel to ask if I could check in early. The staff helped me apply for early check-in. I later learned that my baby hadn’t eaten. Breakfast was given to us free of charge and delivered to the room. The key point was that it was delicious. My baby and I drank all the soup and they helped me carry my luggage. The baby was quite naughty and scattered snacks everywhere. Notifying the housekeeper, they immediately came to help clean up the bed. When they saw some dirt on the bed, they even offered to help us change the quilt cover. The security guard was also very enthusiastic and helped me push the stroller downhill. When leaving the store, he even ran out to help us reverse the car. Miss No. 05 is really very good at service and very gentle. She handles everything from phone inquiries to check-in. This is my first time in Heshan and I feel a strong sense of human touch!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very beautiful, but there may be some problems with the room design. The space utilization is very low, and it is wasted in the corridors and bathrooms. On the contrary, the sleeping area is quite crowded. The board on the wall is very sticky. I don't know if there were posters posted before but were not removed. Other than that, the hygiene is fine. Disposable bath mats and bath balls are provided, so you can take a bath. In the breakfast restaurant, the brown sugar has obviously deteriorated due to moisture and has been expired for several months. The watermelon is not fresh either. It disappeared after eating it in the morning. The most favorable thing is that there is a beef buffet hot pot 200 meters away from the hotel. You must not miss it. Be sure to go early to avoid queuing!

Let's talk about the good things first. The hotel is located next to Dayan Mountain and the environment is still very good.
I booked a mountain view twin room with two breakfasts in the hotel about a month in advance. When I booked, the room rates for 2 nights were 737 yuan and 632 yuan respectively. I thought that the price would go up during the Chinese New Year holiday. On the day I arrived at the hotel, I accidentally opened Ctrip and found that the room was only 486 yuan/night, which means that the same time, the same room type and dining conditions were nearly 400 yuan cheaper. Of course, Ctrip was very generous in the end and let me cancel and rebook. There was no economic loss, but if I didn't open my phone to check the price on the same day, would I have lost 400 inexplicably?
Let's talk about check-in. It's understandable that there was a shortage of staff during the Spring Festival, but it took us an hour and a half to check in, from nearly 3 o'clock to 4:30. Shouldn't the hotel make reasonable arrangements based on the check-in situation on that day?
Let's talk about the cleanliness of the room. On the second day of our stay, we came back from playing outside at 4 o'clock, and the room was not cleaned. After 15 minutes, the cleaner saw the child in the room and just cleaned the bathroom hastily, and even the quilt was not made flat. On the third day of our stay, we came back from dinner at 19:15, and the room was still not cleaned. I called the front desk to report it, and no one came to clean it until 20:00.
The standard of the food and breakfast felt like an ordinary 4-star standard, and the dinner buffet was not appetizing at all, which was very unworthy of the price of 188 (Marriott member price).
In general, the hotel's services, especially the room service, need to be greatly increased.
