Good location and nice view. Walking distance to nearby 24hrs supermarket, restaurants and jetty to take a ferry across to CBD. Apartment is abit old but c/w a mini kitchen whereby induction stove, microwave, fridge and utensils are readily available. Toilet is quite small and bedroom is without a door. Free parking but no guarantee will get a parking lot. Ample parking along the road outside with a small fee. A guest lounge that offers free chocolate, coffee and tea with mini entertainment. Overall, is a good stay.

Beautiful park and nice scenery in front of the serviced apartments. Great view to start the day. Simple amenities in the apartment but comfortable stay. However the rooms do not look the same as what the photos show. Great cafes near the corner to have breakfast and have good restaurants nearby.

Spacious room with a small kitchen for light cooking, good for families, location is idyllic, right by swan river in south Perth. At times, we take a ferry to cdb across, fun experience.

This is the second stay in this trip. The front desk clerk is still friendly and kind. The hotel faces the river and has a first-class environment. The hygiene in the room is a little poor. There are white bugs jumping and turning on the sofa. There are bugs crawling in the bathroom. I killed them. It's scary 😤.

I stayed there many years ago; it is close to Swan Lake, the scenery is really nice, and it is very comfortable to walk, but the room is relatively old, and the hardware is indeed a bit lame. The room is large and you can cook, and it has a yard. In addition to the hardware facilities, everything else is really good, and parking is free, which is very cost-effective!

The location is very good, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away from the hotel. If you choose to cook by yourself, it is very convenient and the cooking utensils are also neat. The hotel staff are very kind. The biggest disadvantage is that the facilities are old. The air conditioner in the living room outside the suite I stayed in did not cool. Someone came to debug for two consecutive days, but the effect was zero. It happened to be summer, and the temperature in the living room that could not be cooled was close to 30℃ in the afternoon.

The hotel is located by the river with great views. There is a lawn in front of the hotel and some restaurants around. It is very suitable for leisure travelers like me.

The room was relatively clean. But the facilities are relatively outdated. Although the room is a suite, there are no doors in the living room and bedroom. There is no washing machine in the room, so you can only wash it in a centralized location, and you still need to pay a fee.
