Hotel is in great location. First impression of the room is grand, spacious and nicely decorated. The bed is super comfy, but the bathroom could do with a more thorough clean as a lot of limescale on the taps and shower head.

We came in very late that night. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Fair price and spacious room with free parking.

My 10 year old son and I love this hotel, as it’s a fabulous location just off the M40 on the way back from days out in London when we can’t face the whole journey in one go! The staff are fabulous and went above and beyond at Christmas 2022, facilitating my son’s elf to appear at breakfast-priceless!☺️ The rooms are huge and immaculate, the breakfast is tasty and plentiful and the pool, sauna and steam room are perfect before starting back in the journey home. We’ve been twice and shall return.

The hotel provides breakfast and dinner, the waiters are very enthusiastic, the hotel environment is very good, suitable for business talks. The courtyard is very beautiful, with a large green space, and the price is affordable.

The room is large, and the garden, swimming pool, and gym facilities are complete. The staff are also warm and generous, actively providing help, which is great! I will consider choosing this place next time I come, recommended!

The hotel is very nice and comfortable without any problems. However, the location of the hotel is in the suburbs of Oxford, which is not suitable for tourists without a car. Because of the inconvenience of public transportation, it is only suitable for friends who travel by themselves. Ctrip's introduction that there is an airport shuttle is wrong information. A taxi from the hotel to Oxford Airport is about £80 and to Oxford City is £40.
