We had a fabulous stay at Rydges South Bank. The staff and service was absolutely top notch. Friendly, sincere and very helpful. The room was clean and modern. The bed and pillows were incredible comfortable. Nothing was too much to ask for. Room service was quick and reasonably priced. Only negative is there is no parking at the hotel so you have to pay $55 per night for valet.

Everything was perfect. Love the experience. wanted to book another night but was too busy and no more availability.

Except for the slightly higher price, I think everything else is worth it, such as the scenic surroundings. The rooms are clean and the hotel staff are all of high quality.

Although there are more chains in Australia, the service is really poor. If I wanted something, the front desk said it would be delivered, but it didn't arrive after an hour. I called the front desk to ask and said it was gone. Shouldn't it be better to call back?
