1) the electronic lock in my room was broken; 2) the mini bar did not work; 3) the air conditioner did not work; 4) there may not be an employee at the reception and you will have to wait for him to get the key to the room. 5) the hotel does not have a clothes steamer (as stated in the description).

You Must prepare to drinking water for yourself, because you can't buy after 10pm. There is a nothing but towel. It is a real, no joke.

The only thing to recommend about the room is its location close to the central station.

Hotel located in the city center with bars, grocery stores and laundry shops nearby. Convenient for sight seeing travellers. Daily room cleaning services included.

Good location, short distance around 10 minutes walk from my bus terminal and train terminal. Building is old but everything is perfect, clean and big bed. I was given a room not facing the main road, less noise.

Functional at best

Napoli's public security management is better than in previous years. There are gendarmes and police at the entrance of Centrale train station. Although there were a lot of black people, it seemed like they were all busy with their own things.

The hotel is in a good location and very convenient for travel. It is a 3-minute walk from Naples Central Station (Garibaldi). There is a restaurant floor in the opposite building, and there are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants nearby. The room is very simple, with a small refrigerator and a small safe in the closet. There is no kettle, cups, or slippers. We stayed in a family room. The bathroom faucet is a pit. You have to adjust it to a certain point before the faucet will spray water. It's so depressing to take a shower! The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and the luggage can be stored next to the front desk.

If you are not afraid and you just need the immediate proximity of the station, then everything is fine. The only unpleasant thing is outside, on the street. Inside there is an elevator, a clean room and fresh linen, comfortable beds, sockets in convenient places, and not just on the floor behind the nightstand, a safe and a refrigerator. Everything worked. The price is very pleasant.

It's not the first time I go there and I will continue to go there, for me it's always a good hotel with quality and affordable price

The hotel is located near the Naples train station (Naples Centrale), excellent for staying one or a maximum of two nights. The structure itself is not old but not brand new either, certainly well kept and clean. The service offered is a bit low for a 3 star hotel. for example, they do not provide disposable toothbrushes, shampoo and soap in the rooms, things which in my opinion are necessary, or even a simple bottle of water. The room is a little dark but really clean.

Much better hotel than I thought, has 24/7 concierge service. Large, clean room, nice bathroom, plenty of hot water for a nice, refreshing shower, clean towels and sheets every day.
