I had a truly pleasant experience stayed at Novotel Solo. Near to tourist destinations. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The room was cozy and fully equipped, making it a perfect place to relax. The hotel blends modern design with traditional Javanese elements. It creates a unique and warm atmosphere that makes the stay even more special.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Oldstyle hotel, but well maintained... Guests amenities were complete and in good condition. But the service from the front office seems too stiff and not flexible. I was just asking if possible to have late checkout at 12.30, but the answer was just "CAN NOT!!! THE HOTEL IS FULL TODAY", in an unfriendly voice. While it is Ramadan month, and i know the hotel is currently not busy at all. Well, despite of the frontliner stiffness, the hotel is still very recommended...

The hotel is quite old but has a good location. And because it is old it needs updating in some aspects. I arrived with the condition that the room couldn't be locked and the AC had problems. Even though it can be repaired afterwards, it has made less of my first impression. The staffs’ services are good, especially the doorman section.
