Spacious room. Courteous staff. View of Roy train . Very good rooftop restaurant with good music and ambience

Washroom not prepared & also fluse not working Poor service & not resort ,just like a 1000 rs rooms ,not maintained.well well

Location : The location of the hotel is excellent . View from room balcony is superb. It is on the highway side . Hence easy to reach. Parking space is there but limited . Room : we stayed at Deluxe a.c room ( a.c is both hot & cold) in the same floor as reception. Room was spacious with balcony . Bathroom is also spacious. Electric kettle with tea/coffee arrangements. Bathroom had basic toiletries ***** with hair dryer. Staff behaviour & service : Staff is very polite and service is very fast. Food : Northern food preparation like paranthas, curries etc . is good. Chinese cooking ( we tried fried rice, noodles, spring roll) needs a little improvement in cooking style . Overall it was a pleasant and great stay !!!

The services shown on the time of booking like pool, games, spa, not a single one available. Service of food is very bad. Room is below average, the rate is very high, recommended rate is only 2k. Over all not recommended for booking.

It's the beautiful Resort on the road from Dharampur to Kasauli. As we are coming on our own car so want to book the resort that must be located on the main road to Kasauli and must have ample parking space and we have got both things in this Resort as the first choice. Secondly, this resort is having spacious beautiful rooms with balcony. We have booked Non AC deluxe room with balcony as AC is not required at all even in month of July. Thirdly, food and service is very much fine. You must try crispy veg in snacks that is too delicious and paneer butter masala in main course is also tasty that we ordred for dinner. Bread Omelette and Stuff Paratha at breakfast is superb as well. I recommend this resort to everyone and will surely stay there again in future.

Not meant for families, especially with kids. Staff is completely unfriendly to the extent of aggressive. Pathetic food and service. Even the owner is rude and seems inebriated every time. Seems like hotel of goons . Avoid if going with family

Bad services room are in terrible condition leaky faucet sang us a lullaby all night, joined by a band of yowling alley cats. Woke up feeling like we'd wrestled a gremlin.

It was a deluxe standard room n a standard room i didn’t like the food n sweet dish it’s too expensive according to the quality! there is no arrangements in the room no carpet no rolls in the bathrooms! this hotel is only one time visit ! no one will visit there again ! i will definitely not!

Only 1 thing is good that this property is on the way to kasauli. Other than that i didn't find anything good in the property.

Nice and clean property with friendly staff. Stay of 2 days was comfortable and peaceful. 20 min drive to kasuali market from here.

Door lock, led tv, not working washroom hot water not available, tap damage. I don't have photo. Hotel food delay. Not good prapration.

Terrible experience. The room booked was very poor in lighting, like a box. On payment of 1500 extra the another room was alloted. After paying 3200 hundred to mm t and 1500 to manager of the hotel the room was alright but wash room was very dirty and uncomfortable. No water in hand shower of senetary seat. Restaurant sevices wree too slow and basic things like jam was not available. If mm t can't provide a good hotel even after paying 4700 then the mm t must s tip to book the rooms.
