A good transit hotel near the airport. Showering was a bit difficult with the low water pressure. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Friendly staff.

We used the hotel to stay the day before so that we can to get to LEGOLAND next day early morning. It’s very easier to across from the motorway and has a dedicated underground parking lot. We arrived when it was raining heavily therefore the parking helped a lot. Rooms were clean and nice and we had a bunkbed for our two kids. The only downside was the clearance between the top bunk bed and ceiling was really small and my son hit his head really hard. The hotel staff was really helpful and provided us with an ice pack as soon as possible. It’s extremely close to all Heathrow terminals as well as about 20 minutes driving distance from Windsor castle and LEGOLAND. I’d stay here again for sure.

Great location, fabulous service, clean facilities and friendly staff

The hotel was clean and tidy but there was the very minimum of staff who were run ragged dealing with the customers. To start with when checking in the staff could not find my booking even when presented with paperwork from myself it still took them 15 minutes to find the booking!. On looking at the evening food menu it was very limited and what was available looked to be a microwave meal. Early evening found out that the room did not have any hot water so i let the front desk know who said they would be up shortly to have a look. After waiting with no one turning up I went to the front desk again who informed me that they were sorry they had not been p and would have to move me. I was ok with this but there was no attempt by the hotel to help with the move. I found out on check out that the second room that i had booked also had no hot water. At breakfast it looked like there was just one man dealing with all the customers and breakfasts. I would not recommend this hotel until there were more staff and staff training carried out as there is not enough staff on to cope with a hotel of that size.

Everything was exactly what we needed. Staff were very accommodating and we would definitely use this hotel in future.

It was clean, large, and comfortable room! I think I will repeat this whenever I arrive at Heathrow late. Just a caution to expected guests; shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are the same liquid, so bringing your own products is suggested.

No parking advertised free parking in hotel had to drive and park 20 minutes away room the heating was not turned on it was cold room doesn’t look like as per pictures the pictures are deceiving I checked in 2 pm and checked out at 5 pm as it was cold

Stayed for 3 nights while in the area seeing friends. After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant but the price was so good that I took a chance. The room was fine, comfy bed, good shower, kettle, free wifi. All you could need. They are trying to be modern and giving a code instead of a key for the locks which is just a pain and unnecessary. Only negative is that housekeeping are so noisy in a morning so any chance of a sleep in is short lived! Would stay here again.

Room heating system didn’t work extra room heater was provided but took 3 hours to get to 21 degree very cold they should get the heating Control fixed in room

Very easy check in and the lady at the counter navjot was veryy professional and kind.She even helped us to get plates qnd cutlery with a smiling face will definitely visit again..😄😄😄

Good for airport and pretty quick to downtown. Incredibly hot, a/c would not switch off.
