Nice and quiet area. Breakfast was good. Owner was very kind.

Breakfast was very good and nice by a lovely and clean pool. There is a family vibe about this hotel. After all, you are really staying at a family home (hotel rooms are on the 2nd floor while the family lives in the ground floor). Room was clean and very artistic.

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and had the most wonderful time. Teresa and her family were SO welcoming and we felt at home throughout our stay. The hotel is lovely, pool and garden- beautiful! Having access to bikes was super! The hotel is located in a fab position, easy to ride to both sirmione and Pescheria. All the more amazing considering my partner proposed to me out on the lake!

One of the worst experiences of my life, which I feel obliged to share! Total lack of professionalism and quality of service, to say the least, absent. To make a long story short, in addition to many other inconveniences (total incompetence in managing allergens, non-working sockets, non-working air conditioning, broken mosquito nets, dilapidated bicycles, etc.), on the second day my partner and I noticed that the towels had not been changed, even though we had left some on the floor as is usually done in hotels and had marked them to prevent them from being offered as clean. The owner, a seemingly nice 75-year-old lady, insisted several times that she had changed them herself, convinced that she could make fun of us. After having changed them reluctantly, she continued to insist, even the following morning, that the towels had been changed and that our demand was unreasonable. After much insistence, the argument arose in which the lady threatened to slap my partner and then, pulling her wrist, tried to snatch the phone from her hands. After which the daughter, who intervened to settle the dispute, thought that we were making a mess just to save money, although it would have been a sign of professionalism to at least forgive us the second night after the immense inconvenience caused to us. At this point we paid the full amount requested rather than also being treated like beggars as well as being made fun of and we left this nightmare hotel behind us.

Questo è più di un hotel...è una casa meravigliosa in cui verrai accolto da persone gentili come fossi in famiglia. Premurosi, attenti alle esigenze dell'ospite, mai invadenti. Le camere sono accoglienti (letto spettacolare) e la pulizia era impeccabile in tutta la struttura. Ottima la colazione dolce+salata servita in giardino di fianco alla bella piscina. La sig.ra Teresa e la sua famiglia sono stati il valore aggiunto di questo nostro bel weekend, e non vediamo l'ora di tornare da loro!!

Hotel e accoglienza molto buoni. La signora Teresa è un mito. Ottima scelta per le vacanze a Sirmione. Colazione molto buona, offre brioche da pasticceria e opzione salata. Ho molto apprezzato l’uso gratuito delle biciclette. Ambiente familiare con ottima accoglienza. Non ci si deve aspettare un hotel moderno, è una cascina restaurata dai proprietari

Piccolo gioiellino molto curato, con tutti i confort, ottima pulizia, ottima colazione, camera non gigantesca ma molto accogliente, letto comodo. L'accoglienza estremamente calorosa e attenta , utile con suggerimenti sia verso posti da visitare sia verso locali per mangiare. Ottima esperienza , consigliatissimo!
