5 star brand but 3 star service. I booked for a Signature Salon King Suite (South tower) but hotel gave me a Signature King Suite (North tower) with unconvincing explanations that they have already set up the amenities in that room and that there are renovation noise in South tower. I found this is not true after checking in. Totally under-staffed at level 2 Asian Marker Cafe during breakfast hour. Asked for a cappuccino from a staff in suit (probably the shift manager) that never came.

The hotel was great, lovely location in a convenient area so it's easy to get around. Staff offered us early check-in in due to our early flight, all staff were professional and courteous. There was a slight problem about being charged twice for the room and I'm still waiting on a refund, I felt this situation wasn't handled very well since the outcome was I was left out of pocket.

Very good location,the mall is linked to the hotel lobby,the room is very clean and it is very high-tech. The staff are very nice, room service is very fast and efficient, the breakfast is extremely tasty with a lot of choices to choose from 😀😀😀😀😀😀.Very good hotel!!!!!!!!!!

I love the environment here not to dry. Convenient to go everywhere. The facilities, amenities, service and cleanliness is all on point. Will like to stay here again!

Request for higher floor on my booking remarks was not met. Was taught that they will issue a complimentary cake for my wife birthday as well. However there was none. Other than that, the breakfast was good. In terms of service wise, was very disappointed. Please think before you book this hotel. Not a pleasant experience. Service : 2/5 Food: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Please do look at your service level.

Hotel was clean and well-kept. Service was great, but they did not honor late check-out and we had a very late flight. The location was great, as the hotel was connected to a mall and two MRT stations. Great swimming pool, although water or water bottles should be provided. Pool was a bit crowded since it was shared with the hotel next door.

A very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Love the service, food but the anniversary cake was not delivered as promised. Rather disappointed

Came here to surprise my partner for his birthday. Hotel asked if i wanted an upgrade but charged me for it . Paid total $602 for the suite with NO BREAKFAST. Sink was faulty as the sinkhole was trapped and bathtub looks old. NO BIDET. However, cake was sent to my room, was thankful but expected as this was a 5 star hotel provided the price i paid for one night. Nonetheless, created so many memories along with friends. But would i stay here again? no

Definitely worth the price. WE opt for lounge access this time and the lounge is really worth it. Good food , good people and good view. linked to a mall and has hot and cold drinking water tube in the room. Super convenient for family travelling with young children. One of the best hotel i have stayed in Singapore so far.

Service was ok. But hotel room was quite rundown. Requested to be on a higher floor but it was not fulfilled.
