Cosy room. Asked for quiet room away from elevator. Was assigned 3F room facing an alley. Usually quiet but occassional sounds of trucks and motorcycles but not too often to disturb sleep. Friendly reception staff when checking in and out. Good location, lots of food and shopping options a short wall away.

Good experience, good locations and surroundings, offering free coffee and cookies. Only take a few minutes walk to metro, bus stop, i12 Katong mall, fair price. Things are clean and the staff team is friendly.

Stayed on V day , 14 Feb, Fri to Sat. Sylvia the  Front desk is so professional and friendly.  So kind of her to upgrade us to Triple sharing room seeing us with one young children. Appreciate the kind gesture. Our 2nd time stayed here, will definitely be back again as we like the location and amenities nearby , i12, eatery , cinema, massage that is just opposite and etc. Keep you the good work ! 👍

Will not book again. I request for a simple birthday deco and even personally called up the hotel and the staff assured me its possible. On the day of check in i enquired regarding the deco and the lady shoved me off by saying 'they' confirm have done it without even gatting anyone to check about it. But when i reach the room. There was nothing and worst the aircon took almost 45mins to cool the room.

Good for money hotel. Checked out katong and east coast near the hotel. Swimming pool is also nice, it's at rooftop

We were upgraded to a deluxe twin room which was spacious and comfortable, and with a street view. Checking in and out were fast. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Taxi fares between Changi airport and hotel ranges from SgD16 -20 .A family-oriented shopping complex Katong i12 is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. It accommodates a wide variety of food outlets, including cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. The SG hawker food court is very popular with the locals. We had all our meals there - nice variety and reasonable prices.

Everything is good. Only tiny drawback is that the air cond usually turn off unintendedly

Front desk staff were very friendly very Professional in introducing the hotel facilities and around the amenities. We felt very Welcoming as a repeated guest.Location is fantastic many good food from Local Chinese food to Western food .A good location for overseas guests to see Singapore's Unique local people's lifestyle and all types of Delicious local food. Meantime we are enjoying our stays !

For the price of an SG hotel, I would say it's value for money. Location is great, even has a pool above overlooking Katong area.
