Calm and clean place. A room was quite small, but we noticed it’s often met in Japan) The hotel is near the picturesque place with the view on Fuji. It’s 10 minutes walk to the bus station. And you’re given all the stuff you need (towels, coffe, tea, etc)

There is no mirror in the room, and there are only two wash basins in the public bathroom, which need to be used by others. The soundproofing effect of the room is very poor. Anyone who makes sounds outside can be heard in the room. Security: You can place your luggage at reception before 1500 after asking the hotel, but if there are multiple groups of guests, there will definitely not be enough space. Moreover, there are no staff at the scene, and there is CCTV at all times. No one can stop it immediately when a problem occurs. In addition, the room is only locked with a normal combination lock, which is not secure enough.

The location is very good, the facilities on site are also excellent. The customer service is very weak, especially considering it is a self check in policy, theoretically the accommodation will contact you via WhatsApp or Line or E-mail to send you the check in code….theoretically. To this day I haven't received my code, we managed to enter by entering the name of the person who made the reservation. It turns out that in the case of accommodation without reception, some guests may have doubts and feel uncomfortable with the lack of communication.

The soundproofing is really not good. Vibrations such as opening and closing the door will be transmitted to the bed. Everything else is okay. When I stayed, someone microwaved something that looked like a hamburger steak. As a result, the whole building smelled like that. It lasted until I left in the morning. exist
