Staff are very nice and helpful. Location is just 20 min from main railway station. Hotel room is spacious and swimming pool is large. Buffet breakfast is with variety. However it is always having finished plates or cups lying in the corridor over night and it may create hygienic problem. Last night parts of rooftop at outer rim of building are fallen apart with such loud sound.

Boutique hotel with good service, comfortable clean room, good spread of tasty Indonesian & European breakfast buffet, egg & noodle live cooking, even has multiple grain wholemeal bread available during breakfast. Fitness equipment at basement is old and needs upgrade. Location is 4km from Malioboro. Nothing much nearby 250m sway there is a little Bamboo cafe with serves cold beer including bottled draft beer. Overall nice stay.

This hotel was better than I expected for the price. Comfortable rooms, lovely pool. Breakfast was pretty good but the staff delightful. Will definitely stay on the next visit.

Great hotel in the hipster district! The room was very clean and spacious, even with a small balcony. The gym fulfills its purpose, the pool is very nicely located in the inner courtyard of the hotel. The breakfast menu was also plentiful and good. The staff were always very nice and helpful. I would book there again!

The location of hotel is nearby many restaurant , staff really welcome and willing to help. Recommend this place 👍🏻

Super comfy hotel. Room is spacious and have a balkon. Big smimming pool. The beakfast is decent. Staffs are polite and friendly.

The hotel is old but still quite clean, although there is a little damage in every corner, but everything is very pleasant 

They gave us into a standard room with a road view, despot booking at delux room with a pool view. Staff were not very helpful when we asked for clarification over our booking. The room itself was OK, the breakfast was nice but busy, and the pool was alright but smaller than expected. The location was nice, quite a few good restaurants, and a nice gelato shop In the next street.

The Hotel is located close to the palace area. Very convenient with many restaurants and bars. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Very spacious room and super clean. Very recommended.

Lovely place

Excellent location. Next road and the road on which the hotel is located has many eateries, coffee shops, souvenir shops. Walkable to all of them. The hotel itself is good. Spacious rooms. We had room (king bed) on the 4th floor. Nice and clean. It has balcony facing the city. The odd numbered rooms are city facing and even numbered are pool facing. The pool water is ice cold all the time ! That wasnt really great. Breakfast was decent - no western/ English fare (no sausage, bacons etc.) Fruits were great, otherwise Indonesian menu in the breakfast. There was pancakes, eggs corner, muffins but similar and standard each day. We stayed for 4 nights. They dont have a 'Earthquake alert system' - there are earthquakes pretty much every day in Yogyakarta. Staff helpful polite and courteous. They have breakfast boxes if you are leaving before 6 am for a flight / anything else. Good stay. Will recommend the hotel.
