Good service, staffs were friendly. The room is big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Will definitely come again.

Birthday staycation ! Ambience was to die for and conveniently located , stone throw from mall which was very favoured and breakfast for 2 nights was amazing. Tea and coffee served to your table at arrival! Plus points! Impeccable service from all depts. easily a 10/10

2nd time staying at this hotel and .gf love the place. The location is convenient with many nice food choice check in and check out are seamless and fast and the room is comfortable . The view outside our room is great too although would be better if we had the MBS view like previously Will definitely book this hotel again soon nonetheless.

Our first staycation with Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay for anniversary. Ambience was warm with nice interior.  Location was ideal though there’s road closure during our period of stay, it affected our food delivery but overall was good! Service team was quick and accommodating when we’ve met with noisy neighbour, help was rendered effectively. Breakfast was good and ample. Gym and pool was great.  The view is awesome! Can’t wait to be back (:

We recently returned for another stay and were pleased to find that everything was great, except for one issue. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was very dirty this time around, with a significant amount of black debris in the water. While we appreciated the staff's efforts to get the pump working, the pool's condition made for an unpleasant swimming experience. However, the rest of our stay was fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed the fireworks display. We hope to see improvements to the pool's maintenance in the future.

This is so nice hotel, so beautiful. Good service, the staff does their job professionally. Good cleaning of the rooms. Wonderful pool with nice view. Varied breakfasts. Good location. Room is cosy and beautiful. In this hotel can get completely relax. I recommend choosing this hotel, this hotel definitely deserves five stars.

Booked a king bed room for 1 night, check in was fine, the reception confirmed with me if I booked queen or king, I said king, once I went up to my room, me and my partner were a little confused, we saw two separate beds. We just stayed as we were staying for 1 night. I also noticed that staff didn’t greet guests or just a simple good morning. Hopefully they can work on that part.
