We recommend that you lower the fan speed of the aircon to reduce the noise. Our hotel maintains a regular and stringent routine of pest and housekeeping management, including performing pest control treatment on a regular basis. Pest manifestation is a serious matter and we had initiated a thorough investigation based on your feedback. We have confirmed that no bugs or insects has been found in the room. Regarding the room looking different from the images on the booking platform, please be assured that two buildings form the same hotel, but as they have undergone renovations at different times, resulting in some variation in design and decor. We apologise for any confusion caused and will ensure that our front desk provides clearer information during check-in.Our hotel maintains a regular and stringent routine of housekeeping management and the rooms are inspected before assigning them to our guests. Our housekeeping supervisor has received your feedback and are working hard to ensure our housekeeping services meets our very high standards for our guests' benefit.The shower is working and unlimited hot water is available in the room, you just need to switch on the the heater via a switch just outside the bathroom.
