The room was clean and neat and they showed a kind gesture to decorate it for my anniversary. Enjoyed a comfortable stay here and really liked the additional sink and microwave area. Location was great too as it's accessible to alot of popular good eats and bustling city. However, the TV wasn't working too well as it hangs after toggling channels. Had to call the technician in. Overall, still a nice stay.

Excellent location in CBD area and walking distance to Raffles Place

Stayed here for 1 month! Great location, very easy walk to MRT stations and CBD area! But sometimes after housekeeping some amenities were not filled... Besides that, overall great experience!!

First time trying this hotel and booked executive room as we wanted to try their club lounge and there’s not much review on their club lounge. We were served by Kai Xiang over the check in counter and he was very nice, gave us complimentary upgrade to studio deluxe. Room was quite spacious and clean with kitchenette. Their club lounge is at The Den and it’s open for 24 hours but evening cocktail is from 6pm to 8pm with small snacks, free flow of beer and wine and soft drinks. There is also free tidbits. Overall a nice experience.

The variety for breakfast can be improved where they should change the menu on daily basis if possible.

Location is good, very close to Chinatown and other main attractions, we almost walk to everywhere. The room is clean and spacious but the bathroom smells funny, ventilation is not so great. If I must complaint something I would say there's no plug near the bathroom sink for using the hair dryer (or at least I cannot find one in our room), also to use the hair dryer will require constantly pressing the button, which is very annoying.

Great location, right in the centre of the city centre! Very convenient to 2 nearby MRT stations - Chinatown and Telok Ayer.

Great Stay

We enjoyed the hotel and will be returning later in the year. The room was clean except for a layer of dust on the TV sound bar. On the second day the room had not been cleaned by our return at 4pm, we told reception who said they would inform us when ready. After waiting in reception for over half an hour wtrhout hearing anything we went up to find it was done. The breakfast was poor, after cold scambled eggs on the first day I gave up on the hot options.

Kyoto look alike hotel. Very clean room, very polite front desk service, shower water pressure is very good for me. No complaint.

+: We checked in around 9 pm & got a nice upgrade to a Studio room on the 12th floor. However, there was this kind of UV-C smell in the room. We hope next time, the hotel can turn on the exhaust in the room to suck out the smell at least 2 hours before anyone checks in. +: The room is very nice & clean with kitchenette. +: The location is in Chinatown area with many restaurants really close by. +: At night there was some live music, and we worried about the sound, but we did not hear anything from our room. It was perfectly quiet. +: The filtered water system in the sink is helpful to provide unlimited drinking water. +: The staffs are nice & helpful. -: The lobby is on the upper floor, so it is not so welcoming. -: The shower is in the bathtub and the bathtub is very tall. I am about 160 cm & quite slim & I still worry about climbing up and down the bath tub, especially after it is wet. -: The blanket was thick & hot. Thin cotton blankets will be more comfy. Orthopedic pillows are better. -: Breakfast menu could be improved. Overall, very satisfied.

Very convenient location, nice and helpful staff provided good service! Nice breakfast and bigger room than expected.
