Our housekeeping team will perform basic room cleaning daily including replacing used towels and sheets as part of room make-up service in line with usual hotel standards. Coffee mugs provided in rooms are reusable and not intended for single use or disposable replacement. It would help us tremendously if our guests would place coffee mugs that are intended to be washed directly into the bathroom basin - this will make it clear to our lovely housekeeping team to attend to them.We are surprised by your comments as we did not received any feedback from you during your stay.
