I had such a wonderful stay at Heritage Collection! The location was strategic, the room was clean and cozy, and the facilities were well-maintained. What made the experience truly memorable was the amazing service from Stella, Divina and Vannie. They were kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay. Thank you for the warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service in Singapore!

First time traveling to Singapore and this place is amazing, if you want to use public transport, the MRT (Lavender) is about 5-10 mins walk from the place. The staffs are so nice and friendly, thank you Ms. Stella, Ms. Divina and Ms. Mae for your supports. Love your warm smiles.🤍 From Vietnam 🇻🇳

The hotel has a prime location, with easy access to popular attractions and convenient transportation options. Divina,Ryan and Anj service was outstanding.

Location - If you’re planning to take public transportation during your stay in Singapore, the hotel is conveniently located. It is about a 5-8 minute walk to the Lavender metro station and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Bugis station, depending on your walking speed. The Lavender station is on the same metro line as Changi Airport, making it easy to get to and from the airport. Additionally, there are bus stops close to the hotel. Room - I stayed in the studio queen (no window). It was perfect for me as a solo traveler since I was out sightseeing for most of the day. The room was very clean, but there was no cleaning service during my 5-day stay. For longer stays, I believe cleaning services are available. There was also a washing machine with laundry detergent provided. Shampoo, body wash, and dish soap were included, along with a blow dryer. Additionally, I requested an iron and ironing board. The bathroom was quite small, but the rainfall showerhead and water pressure were great. Staff - Divina and Mae were very helpful and friendly! They assisted me with check-in, followed up via WhatsApp to see if I needed any assistance, and were available to answer any questions I had. Luggage Storage - On my last day, my flight was not until the evening. The hotel kindly stored my luggage for me. They will store your luggage from 9 AM to 6 PM. App Use - Everything is electronic. You will need access to the app on your phone to enter the property and your room. I brought a power bank with me since I knew I would be out and about for most of the day.

Divina was very welcoming and helpful us check in when we faced with some issues.love the cosy unit, cleanliness, the location being near lots of food spots. We actually just needed to cycle or walk around. Price is very good value for money too, would like to stay again.

There were some difficulties with the app, but after reinstalling it, everything worked fine. The hotel is new, clean, has good noise insulation, there is shampoo and shower gel with a pleasant smell. The room has a microwave, refrigerator, air purifier and air conditioning. My room was perfect for one tourist. Special thanks to the concierge Divina and the digital concierge Mae, who answered all my questions, explained in detail how to use the app and were generally very nice and friendly. I will definitely return to this hotel again!
