Soft pillow and bed. Cozy to sleep. Only that the bedsheet, blanket got some stains. No towel provided for shower except for face towel. Internet is lagging. Restaurant is limited. Bus and train accessible, walking distance. Nearest convinience store is at the petrol kiosk. Those who wants to do their laundry, bring 1 dollar coins as the reception dont have the change. Restroom is insufficient for each floor.

Almost everything was fine! The host responded promptly on WhatsApp when I had problems opening the door. There are toiletries provided - that is, a small tower, toothbrush and toothpaste - that’s great. However, a simple disposable pair of slippers would also be great - something to think about for the B&B. There were issues with the internet - it was extremely slow and unreliable for most of the time in the evening - maybe too many people were using it at once. But fortunately, data plans in Singapore are very cheap so it’s always possible to use your 4G/5G data.

👍🏻: They have USB and Type-C chargers, so you don’t need to bring overseas chargers. Quick response via WhatsApp when I got their number. The bed space was big enough. 👎🏻: When I arrived in the room, I found a few hairs on the bed, as well as a bloodstain. When I asked the staff if they had changed the bed sheet, they replied "yes." However, I was still not satisfied with the bed sheet. I didn’t want to sleep on a bed with blood on it, so I requested a new bed sheet. They said they would change it for me. The second bed sheet also had a small stain, but I could tell it had been washed. I requested a lower bunk bed via Trip.com, but no one replied. When I asked them during check-in, they said it was already full. However, when I woke up, there were still three empty beds. The night before check-out, when I returned to my room, all my belongings were gone, and there was nothing on my bed. I was shocked. I asked the staff where my things were, and they said they had moved them to another room without any notice. It was really terrible. They tidied up the old bed before I slept, but I could tell they didn’t change the bed sheet, as I saw the same stain. I was not satisfied. I think they just wiped the hair away and made the bed for the next customer. They changed my room according to availability. I had actually booked an 8-bed mixed dorm, but they gave me a 6-bed mixed dorm. They said the room was under maintenance, so they moved my things to a 4-bed mixed dorm. However, I found out that night that a family group was staying in that room, indicating some management issues. They don’t provide hair dryers, so if you have long hair, it will take hours to dry. On Level 1, there were 3 rooms for a maximum of 16 people, but only two bathrooms with toilets. Since the rooms were not fully occupied every day, you generally don’t have to wait too long. Overall, this was the worst hostel experience of my life.

The room is very clean and convenient, I stayed for a few day s wth my parent and its easy to go anywhere

Location is good. Staff is rude you will not feel like a guest. Only chat to get QR code for lock and communication. No lift. Need to keep mobile with you everytime to open room door.

Contact person is not helpful. Barely respond for concerns. Note that there is no elevator so remember you have to lift it to 2nd or 3rd floor if you have heavy luggages. Otherwise cleanliness is ok and place is so quite.

clean, good, safe & affordable...accomodating staffs and responds quickly to my concerns... there's also a secured cabinet for your important belongings...they let me stay in a common area after checkout...☺️

Need to have your phone with you all the time as you need it scanned to enter the main door and the room, AND, yes, internet connection needed before checking in. If you initially don't have the internet, contact to them in advance so they can send you your qr code for scannning. Personally, I got the problem when to exit the room, coordination of the door knob and the exit button is quite hard to use. Only 2 bath rooms on my floor, and be ready to have your own soap and shampoo. They only provide a small towel, I don't know about the big one. Breakfast: some hot drinks and sliced bread with jam. No worry about the cleanliness and environment :) Bus is the most convenient transportation, the bus stop just opposite the place. Not bad expereince staying here.

It's convenient to travel because this place is close to the bus station and the subway. The place is clean and new for the guests.

Everything really clean, bed covers nice clean and soft, good private capsule with charging and light. The shared bedroom was nice cold and quiet. The only thing that maybe could be better is that showering room/toilet was really hot, already started sweating again while drying up(but hey, lets see the price again :) ).

Great place & property. A very nice location for solo traveling as well. If you want a simple accommodation and calm surrounding, this place is the perfect choice 👏🏻

Very simple and basic. Just a place for one to sleep. Breakfast was just bread.
