It was very clean and I liked it. The facilities were great, but the sunset beach was the best. I promised to come again with my family next time. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and everything was nice. Every time I turned on the water, yellow water came out, which was inconvenient because I had to turn it on for a while before using it. When I asked, they said it was because of the hot spring water, but it was a bit inconvenient to wash the dishes and wash the water. Other than that it was very good. It was just difficult to get there because it was far away^^

Since the resort is less than two years old, the room condition was excellent, and the sea was right in front, so I could play in the sand with my child and watch the sunset. I didn't eat breakfast, and the meat at the resort's pork belly restaurant was tender and delicious, but other than that, the food was average. The water at the water park was warm, so it was nice to be able to enjoy it even in winter.

It was a great family trip! Because it is in front of the beach, the view is truly amazing!!!! It was so beautiful that I could say it was the best sunset I've ever seen. I woke up in the morning and went to the sauna, and the bathroom was clean and the facilities were good. However, the temperature in the sauna was too low… .I didn't sweat as much as I thought...hahaha, but I'm still very satisfied!

별한개도 아까움. 룸 체크인하니 청소가 안되어 옆방으로 교체해줬는데 화장실 악취도 심하고 룸 바닥도 뭐가 묻었는지 더러웠어요. 그리고 이불커버에 핏자국 ㅜㅜ. 먼지도 굴러다니고.. 여기를 연박하다니.. 조식은 비싸고 맛없고 직원분들은 친절한편은 아니셨어요. 수영장만 제값을 한듯.. 그런데 신랑이 샤워하고 나와서 하는 말이 남자 샤워실 관리하시는 분이 바닥에 있는 수건을 털더니 새수건위에 올려놓으셨다고.. 청결도는 진짜 바닥입니다. 제가 가본 호텔, 리조트, 모텔 통 틀어 제일 지저분해요. 우선 첫날 룸 배정받자마자 보았던 바닥에 떨어진 이불과 베개, 물 안내려진 변기, 음식물 흔적 등등의 기분나뿐 이미지가 잊혀지지 않아요. 클린룸으로 바뀌어서인지 후라이팬과 세제, 칼, 식기는 있는데 수저,젓가락, 밥솥 등은 없고 샤워용품은 핸드워시, 샴푸,바디워시 딱 세가지뿐입니다. 정수기나 티백같은거는 없어요. 쏠비치다녀온 후라 너무 비교되네요.

어머님 모시고 가족들이 모여 효도여행 했습니다. 처음에 체크인 할때 오래 기다린게 조금 힘들었습니다. 하지만 리조트 객실 밖 풍경이 멋졌습니다. 온 가족이 모두 만족해했습니다. 사우나 물이 좋았다고 했구요.. 목포와의 거리도 1시간정도라 자은도와 목포를 함께 즐길수 있었습니다. 바로 앞 해변가는 모래가 발이 빠지지않고 산책할수 있었고 이국적인 느낌도 들었습니다 조용하게 가족들이 시간보낼수 있었습니다. 단 객실 바닥 청소 상태가 아쉬움이 있긴 했습니다

두번째방문인데 호텔동보다 리조트동이 좀 더 넓고 쾌적했습니다

하우스 키핑이 전반적으로 별로 입니다. 휴가철로 이용객이 많은 점은 이해하지만 기본적인 룸 컨디션(화장실 청소, 객실 바닥 청소 등)은 신경 써주세요.

가족여행 갔는데 잔잔하고 조용해서 좋았어요~^^ 바다 걷기를 했는데 모래가 단단해서 걷는데 짱짱 좋아요

멀다~~~ 그래도 목포 내려간 김에 숙박했습니다. 시설은 좋으나, 많은 관광객을 소화하기에는 주면 식당도 부족합니다. 비수기와 성수기의 관광객 수 차이가 비해서 그런것 같은데, 감수해야 할 것 같네요. 리조트 내 음식점을 성수기에는 잘 운영해 주시고 시설도 조금 고급스러우면 좋겠네요. 맥주 마시러 갔다가 그냥 숙소에서 편의점 맥주 마셨네요.

여기 들어가는 순간 해외 리조트 온 느낌이에요. 리조트 외 자은도에서 다른 즐길거리가 많지 않아 아쉽지만, 룸컨디션부터 부대시설까지 리조트 콕 하기에는 완벽했네요. 룸에서 뷰 보는 것만으로도 행복한 곳이에요.

싱크대도 지저분하고 커피포트도 녹슬어있고

리조트앞 백길해수욕장 좋아요 눈이 와서 더욱 좋았던거 같아요
