Peak Elite Boutique offers a luxurious stay at affordable rates! I stayed in their Legacy Suite the entire time and felt like royalty! The staff was amazing and super friendly. The location is superb and walking to Pub Street or Old Market is easy but you’ll be spoilt with the cheap tuktuks waiting outside the hotel at all times! Oh and breakfast was great as well! Overall a vreat and wonderful stay!

Fantastic hotel, everything is great! Location is closed to center, in a quiet small lane. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, room is super big with balcony. The breakfast was excellent, a lots choices. Highly recommended.

The room was big and beautiful! The balcony has a view of the swimming pool. The water heater can't heat the shower enough though. There are also nearby restaurants where you can just walk for 5 to 10mins but we usually just book a tuktuk on grab and there is not much of a wait too. They give you a welcome drink and a cold towel which is really great since we arrived at noon. They can arrange a tuktuk tour for temple hopping and it only costs us 27 USD for the sunrise and temple tour. The tour can be settled on checkout and can be paid by card. If you want to roam around the city, they provide bicycles which are free to use for 2hrs, and can be rented for the whole day for I think just 3 USD. You can also rent a motorcycle. We did not have breakfast for our booking but it's just 5 USD per person if it's not purchased with your booking. Overall, it is a pleasant stay!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! I can confidently say that the staff's hospitality and kindness made our stay unforgettable. The hotel was impeccably clean, the swimming pool was fantastic, and the restaurant's blues music added a lovely touch to our meals. The hotel's location in a peaceful area yet close to the city center was perfect for us. I must express my gratitude to Channih Thav (Janny), the Front Office Manager, who was always available to help us and arranged daily trips for us. Janny was incredibly friendly and approachable, making us feel like family. Without a doubt, this hotel will be our first choice when we return to Siem Reap.

We also read a lot of reviews on Ctrip and did some research on Xiaohongshu before choosing this hotel. The price is indeed not high. We stayed in a twin room during the May Day holiday, and the price was just over 200 per night. However, there were many problems with the actual stay experience. I am not nitpicking, and these situations should not occur even in a hotel priced at 200. First of all, the hygiene problem. I found stains on my bed sheet as soon as I checked in. The photo only showed the area near the head of the bed. At that time, I thought it was a little bit and I was not a particularly particular person, so I did not contact the front desk. Later, I found that there were many places under the quilt. There are stains like this. I understand that bedding will have some stains that cannot be washed off after being used for a long time, but at this time, shouldn’t your hotel replace the bedding with new ones instead of letting guests use the bedding with obvious stains? Secondly, the hardware facilities are seriously aged. Ctrip shows that the hotel was renovated in 23 years, but the walls, floors, wardrobes, tables, chairs and bathing facilities of the hotel are obviously aged for more than 2 years. The most important bathroom facilities have a large amount of water from the top spray, but the shower head is too small and the water volume is very small. People who like to use showers will definitely not be able to take a good bath, and the nozzle next to the toilet leaks. The worst thing is the hair dryer provided by the hotel. When my wife was using it, the hair dryer exploded in her hand halfway through! It exploded, and the flames burned my wife's wrist, and then it broke and fell to the ground. We immediately called the front desk to deal with it, but when I notified the front desk, I actually heard the front desk staff laughing. Is it funny that your hair dryer exploded and hurt guests? Then no one came to deal with it for a long time, and the broken wire was still plugged into the wall. We called repeatedly before the customer service and cleaning staff came, but they only replaced the hair dryer without any apology or compensation. We were very angry about this! This alone is enough for me to give this hotel a bad review. In a tourist city like Siem Reap, your service attitude and the safety of hardware facilities are not worth staying at, even if it is 200 per night. The service of the staff is also very poor. We called the front desk to change 2 bath towels, but there was no response. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and only enjoyed a little service on the day of check-in. The only thing that made us satisfied with this hotel was the breakfast. Of course, this breakfast needs to be paid, unless you book the hotel with the wine included, it is a la carte system. Finally, a little advice for latecomers, if your budget is not very tight, there are many hotels in Siem Reap to choose from, we do not recommend this hotel, if you are unlucky, the end may be worse than ours

I stayed at her house for 10 days in Siem Reap. It was really great. The twin room cost more than 200 yuan. The room was large, clean, and had a small balcony. The tuk-tuk was not far from anywhere, and the hotel's bicycles could be ridden for two or three hours for free. The breakfast was rich, and the ingredients changed every day, so you wouldn't get tired of it every day. The waiters and the cleaning ladies were very nice and greeted me proactively. If I go to Siem Reap again, I will choose this place again.

The waiters are professional and serious. The location is five kilometers away from Angkor Wat and one kilometer away from the Central Market and Night Market. The room is clean and tidy, with a large area. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it has a selection of Cambodian and Western flavors. Free parking, car booking, and SPA reservation are all available. There are waiters who speak Chinese and answer all questions. The hotel swimming pool experience is good. I don't know if I will have the opportunity to come again next time.
