Lovely spacious room (see pic) with a fridge, which didn't work! Otherwise, cosy and comfortable. An excellent buffet breakfast (included). Buffet is best because the choice is yours! Close to grocery stores and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay here.

Overall a good value stay with the usual egg, cheese, and vegetables breakfast, though wish wouldn't cut the cucumbers too thin, have to fork many at once.. would be less work for both server and eater ^&^ Great water power for shower!! Mostly updated, except needing to fix the deadbolt that I couldn't turn to lock. Though it was fairly safe area, it didn't make me feel comfortable, especially when the hallway was noisy, men going in and out of their rooms. They served small 3 yogurt serving size water, which is not easy to take out due to easy breakage of cover. Would be great if they can just provide a bottle to carry without worrying about tear of the cover.

Xidai, a temporary additional itinerary, I didn’t expect it to be so amazing. The Sun Hotel is in a great location, just a dozen minutes' walk to the beach of the ancient city of Xidai, and there are supermarkets of all sizes nearby. The boss is a handsome blond man, very hospitable. The breakfast is rich in variety, the room is spacious, the shower is big, and parking is convenient. Personally, I feel that the hotel is cost-effective and I recommend it.

Near Xidai, because it was the off-season, so I didn't book a room in advance. Comfortable and clean hotel. The location suited me, that day I had the longest distance. Very friendly administrator, who speaks Russian, advised where to eat tasty and cheap, where to go for a tourist trip.

Room worse than a sauna, air conditioning takes over 1 hour

They could be much better at cleaning. They can also improve the breakfast service. The location is central.

Fabulous hotel. The hotel and the location is really good, the cleaning staff is so sweet, and the staff were amazing. Especially Ümit… kind, attentive, and always with a smile in his face and everyone and everyone is willing to help. I’m definitely coming back

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was fine. Homi (not sure if I have the name correct) was very kind and helpful at the front reception. It's a good location for getting to the beach. Only about a 10.min walk. Lovely beach. The rooms are clean and its a quiet area.

The hotel has no own beach. The rooms look much bigger than on photos. For such a high price of 1 500tl at least they could clean the room well: all bed tables were dirty, same as toilet, I am not even saying about dirty bedsheets (see photo), where it looks like someone peed on it. Also, the elevator is not working since weeks , nobody has repaired it, and we were staying on the top floor . The reception guy did not want to change the room for us for a clean one

First of all, the hotel's breakfast is satisfying and normal. Nightly accommodation price is affordable. The location is close to Side ancient city and the beach. Close to minibus stops. Let's get to the cons. Refrigerators cool very slowly. (I think the refrigerators need to be replaced or a system that will always be on electricity should be installed.) The room I stayed in didn't seem to get sunlight. The balcony door cannot be opened because it is a coffee table. If you lift the coffee table, you will have difficulty finding a place to put it. The room I stayed in was narrow. If you add up the TV channels that are available, there are 10-15. You can watch Tatlıses TV :) Also, the room I stayed in smelled weird of cigarette smoke. I guess they smoked inside all the time because they couldn't open the balcony door. Don't expect much sound insulation. It's a good hotel to stay in for short-term trips, but I wouldn't recommend staying for a long time.
