The stay is excellent !!!

I stayed two bed rooms suites and satisfied. It is old but still well maintained. The breakfast had a limit of varieties but they had essentials. Recommend if you look for reasonable priced hotel with own vehicles.

Stayed during the long holiday, but the hotel was very quiet even though the rooms were fully booked. It might be because our room was a one bedroom type, which is in the Residence building. It feels like a condo for rent. There were no staff and we hardly saw anyone except at the kids club. If we wanted anything more, we had to call the hotel using our mobile phone. When we booked, we chose the 2 adults and 1 child (8 years old). When we checked in, the hotel only gave us 2 food coupons, so we looked at the confirmation on trip.com that included breakfast for 3 people. However, the hotel still confirmed that this room type could only accommodate 2 people and we still had to pay for the food. However, they will waive the accommodation fee for the 3rd person even though trip.com did not state this. We did not like this because the information seemed to be inconsistent. The swimming pool in the new building is clean, but a bit small. The pool in the old building was exposed to the sun almost all the time, so we did not use it. We tried soaking in the warm onsen, but there was a lot of powder floating in the water, so we were not sure about the cleanliness. The other person who stayed in the same room asked for an extra blanket and charged 200 baht, which we thought was too expensive, even though it should have been free. If anyone wants a spacious room with a quiet atmosphere and no chaos, I recommend this place.

Follow the confusing GPS to find it. If you enter via the 9-kilometre road, it will be more convenient. There are 2 buildings. Booked a studio and stayed in the old building, which is a monthly serviced apartment building behind the new building. You have to check in and check out at the new building. The room is quite old, very clean. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioner is cool but noisy. There are 2 annoying things: checking in and calling to move the car while resting even though it was parked where the staff told. In fact, there is a lot of parking space and there are almost no cars. I like the cleanliness and the morning staff.

The overall experience is great. The location is a little off, about 3 kilometers away from the nearest large shopping mall Robinson; the surrounding environment is very quiet; the facilities are complete, and the service is great and nice!
