The location and breakfast are definite highlights of this hotel. The swimming pool is also nice and a great spot to relax. However, the property shows signs of age, with some areas appearing neglected and in need of maintenance. Service is a strong point—especially the check-in staff and cleaners, who were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning could use an upgrade, as it’s old and not cooling efficiently. With some improvements, this hotel has great potential in Prachinburi. Definitely recommend.

Let's put it this way: this place is beautiful. Bali style. Management is not very good, especially breakfast. Everything is bad. I understand that the hotel is old and there are few staff. At night, someone shouted loudly that someone was knocking on the door. It was very scary. I'm not afraid of ghosts, I'm afraid of people because the accommodation is very big. Therefore, there should be CCTV cameras in every corner because there are few people. To break the heart. But the place is beautiful and magnificent. It's a pity that the management is not good enough. Please fix it.

I am very impressed with my stay here. The atmosphere is shady with trees, ponds, and very quiet and private. The staff are also friendly and provide excellent service. If I have the chance, I will come back to relax again.

I booked a lake-view room with a large bed and a bathtub, over 50 square meters in size, through TripAdvisor. However, the room I checked in to was a small room with no lake view and no bathtub! After I complained to the front desk, they switched me to a lake-view room, but the room was still significantly smaller than 50 square meters! Is TripAdvisor's implementation of this option seriously flawed? I'm extremely disappointed!

A relaxing stay. The rooms are very good. The service is good. The staff is attentive. The only problem is that some places are rented out, making it impossible to use the services because there are people practicing throughout the stay. I would recommend that if it is a long holiday, the hotel consider requesting a postponement if there are any rehearsals so that guests can use the services to the fullest.
