Very satisfied, in the most central location of Banff Avenue, with its own large parking lot, the front desk and other staff are very nice. The room is very large and very quiet. Downstairs is the most popular ice cream shop in Banff town, and there is still a long line at 10 pm

I have stayed at the Fairmont Chateau Quebec and the Lake Louise Hotel. This time I went to Banff and booked this castle hotel. Although the castle hotel is very expensive and the rooms are not big, it has a strong sense of history. Walking in the hotel lobby and corridors, you can appreciate the local historical monuments of Banff, and standing in the hotel garden, you can enjoy the unbeatable scenery. The hotel is very large, and the restaurant was built in 1892. The steak is especially good! It is not far from other places in Banff, and it is nice to experience the castle life.

The futon was great. The front desk staff was kind and quick to respond to emails, which was helpful.
The towels were a little dirty (lots of threads and fibers) and the water pressure in the shower was weak, but overall it was good value for money.

Outstanding
GGuest UserFantastic Hotel. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Property is very clean and well maintained. Location is excellent and the views are awesome. The beds are top quality and super comfortable.
We are returning to the same property in 2 weeks and are really looking forward to it.
XXueThe location is really good. Just beside the town’s busiest street. Have your own underground workshop, charge 5 plus (excluding tax) every day. The room facilities are very old. The breakfast was quite simple, average. The price is quite expensive, and the individual feels that the price is average.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center of Banff town. The surrounding business is very prosperous. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, which makes it very convenient to go out and take a bus. The room is very large. Living on the second floor will not be noisy. The hotel also gave earplugs to prevent the noise of cars on the road from disturbing guests. I didn't use them at all. The hotel is relatively cheap and should be a good choice for cost performance in Banff town.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Banff town, about ten minutes walk to the town center. The room provides a coffee machine and kettle. It is relatively good. Breakfast is 25 Canadian dollars for adults and half price for children. The variety of food is pitifully small. It is recommended to go out for food
CCharlieTravelsBest Thing about this BestWestern is their coffee machine in the lobby. I have never seen so many people enjoying the selections from a machine so much before. If you are looking for an affordable hotel with Breakfast included this place would be it. Just be careful with the screen doors as they fall off their tracks very easy and the hotel will charge you for it as damage, so if it does happen please notify the staff as soon as possible. Or you will experience like me being charged for damages.
Nnia22753It has the atmosphere of an old furnished mountain region apartment but the cleaning services is rough. I found two and more but shells and bugs body on the rug after I checked in. The location isn’t too far from downtown Banff however under the coldness it would be rough walking to town. Parking is extra (14.99cad not fee as the page stated on trip.com) phone to ask the details before booking this place… it’s an ok place to stay just not great for family vocation.
RroiberadorI actually enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. I stayed in a room with mix men and women. I was surprised at first if I am in the wrong room because when I went in the room there were women. I just confirmed that it was the right room when I saw another male. So, 2 males 4 females. They were actually very kind and they respect each other for example they do not disturb another person because he/she might be resting. It is also good to meet other people of different nationalities. They have a kitchen that we can use. I had 2 breakfasts and it was pretty much a bonus for me. Breakfast was good. They also have their own bar where you cane eat and drink. Overall, amazing!
DDONGThe stay was too comfortable, one more night, the stay was very quiet, the environment was good, the snowy mountains and the forest could be seen outside the window, the room had a coffee machine, a microwave oven, and toiletries were of good quality, the room was hygienic, and the important thing was that we had pajamas after we left And the cashmere scarf fell, and the hotel helped us send it home in four days. I am very grateful!
GGENOld hotel, the entire Banff hotel has years, and summer is very cold, which is equivalent to the feeling of Beijing in late autumn. The town is very small, just one street, there is a supermarket in the middle of the street, and there are gas stations at the head and tail. You can directly go to the Canadian tanker Swap domestic credit cards, the United States cannot. Walk about 40 minutes from beginning to end. There is no extra bed in the room, there is a small balcony, enough to put a chair, there is a small swimming pool, hotel guests free parking, Banff from Vancouver to play, the reasonable route is, Vancouver-Lake Louise (Lake Lake Side Hotel) --JASPE (If you want to see a bear on the road, you must go on the road before 6 o'clock, the glass road is not interesting, you can take a look at the glacier. It is best to live in Jasper for two or three days, you can see the aurora with good luck. The beach on the road is actually by the lake.
DDave van KampenWe were happy with this place. It seems dated but in nice repair (much like our home and ourselves). We wanted it mostly for the fireplace but the room had more than that with a full kitchen and full size appliances. If we ever wanted to be in Banff and make substantial home cooked food, this would be ideal. The bed was great and the staff very kind and friendly. It is in a natural mountain area just five minutes by car from downtown Banff. We had a balcony looking at a Mountain view and deer in the yard in front of the unit. There is bus service into town and free tickets offered by the resort. There is a water slide and an indoor and outdoor hot tub which is nice but not really a breathtaking setting. If you enjoy corn mazes this building has a lot of routing in it that takes a while to learn. We joked with other guests about that. All in all, pretty okay. We would book here again.
