"There is a good selection of food at breakfast and there was sufficient seating. We also use the executive club on the 22nd floor. It was quite busy in the evenings during the happy hour as many are treating it as a dinner time. However, the ambience is good and good selection of beverages. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We were well served by May in the executive club and for our checkout. The hotel is walking distance to the subway station, convention exhibition centre, and the shopping mall."

"Really enjoyed my one night stay. Beautiful room with a beautiful view of the city. Loved the design of the room, the bathroom. Wonderful toiletries for shower. Smells so good. Bed was comfortable. Had a very pleasant sleep."

"This has been my absolute go-to hotel every time I visit Nanning for the past four years! I highly recommend it. It's perfectly located right next to Exit A of Vientiane City Station (Wanxiangcheng Metro Station), just a short two-minute walk away. The environment is spacious and features a strong sense of design. The buffet breakfast is incredibly diverse and delicious, and the service is consistently excellent. During check-out, I encountered a bit of a rush hour at the elevators due to a large conference group. After waiting for quite some time without an elevator, and needing to check out quickly to catch a train, I decided to take the stairs down to the ground floor lobby with my two children and a suitcase. As I entered the stairwell, I luckily bumped into a hotel staff member. She informed me that those particular stairs wouldn't lead directly to the main lobby. Feeling quite anxious, I explained to her that I was in a hurry to make my train. This wonderful lady immediately stepped in, helped me with my luggage, and quickly guided us to an alternative stairwell, allowing us to get downstairs swiftly and complete our check-out. My sincere thanks to her! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I will definitely continue to stay here on my future visits."

"The overall environment is very comfortable, but the space is relatively small and suitable for one person to live in. If there are more people, it will probably be boring, messy and annoying. The overall supporting facilities are complete, clean and hygienic, very good. The sound insulation is also good and not noisy. It is recommended that there should not be so many green plants in the enclosed space, especially if there are more than two people staying there, breathing at night and indoor smokers, coupled with the breathing of plants in the small space, it may be quite stuffy. Personally, I am used to living in a larger space."

"The geographical environment is excellent, in the Wanda business district! The subway entrance is just a few dozen meters away. The room type I booked is comfortable and the layout is very satisfactory! The front desk lady is enthusiastic. This is a very satisfying stay experience!"

"The hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich and varied. The food at the hotel's Chinese restaurant was delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also offer a convenient shuttle service to and from the station. The hotel provides excellent family-friendly activities, keeping the kids entertained. We were also treated to a complimentary afternoon tea, which was surprisingly generous. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to buy fresh fruit right downstairs. A well-deserved five-star rating!"

"Very good service from the hotel! Was there for a concert. It’s within walking distance to the stadium. Room is clean and no cigarette smell. The temperature gets colder at night. Hotel staff prepared ginger tea for the guests who returned after the concert. I even got complimentary breakfast for 2! Food choices are really generous! Only downside is that the room is pretty warm. Called for technician to check but was told that the customers had feedback it’s cold so they had to adjust the temperature centrally and there isn’t much they could do for my room. Opening the window didn’t help . Other than that all is great! Highlight recommended !"

"The hotel is so big! I checked in on New Year's Eve! The restaurant was so crowded! There were snack bars downstairs, but they were all closed on New Year's Eve, so I ate at a Chinese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. It's a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant, and the food is delicious. The place was full, but the food was served quickly. The front desk service was so enthusiastic, and I saw Manager Lin helping to serve food on the second floor after he finished his work at the front desk! The whole hotel feels so **! Everyone wishes you a happy new year! Although I'm out of town, I feel very warm!"

"In my opinion, the price/performance ratio of the hotel room is very high, and it is also very comfortable. The decoration of the hotel is very beautiful. I prefer nature, so I think the outdoor garden of the hotel is very beautiful and full of natural atmosphere. I basically go there to sit every day, look at the scenery and think about things. The staff are very enthusiastic and patient, and they will try their best to satisfy what I want. I remember that there was a girl named Xiao Lu who answered the phone. Her voice sounded very nice, which made people feel happier. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."
