I was very angry with this hotel, i was a bit late for check out but when i come back to hotel, the staff packed my luggages putting in the concierge without my permission!!! When i asked for an explanation but without response from them! I found later they left my glasses in the room!!! I had such a bad experience!!!!!

Rich buffet breakfast

About 15-20 minutes away from the railway station. Standard Japanese breakfast. There is a supermarket next to the railway station. The room is clean and small. The air conditioner is dripping. There are many ********* tourists. The soundproofing of the room is okay.

It is within a 10-minute walk from Shizuoka Station. It is convenient to move around and has good accessibility to surrounding facilities. The sanitary condition of the room and utensils was also clean. Evening curry, various breakfasts, and sauna at no additional cost. It feels even more special that it is available. There is no need to mention the friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel as the best value for money. :-)

Toyoko is relatively the best among Japan's express hotels. The environment is very clean, the breakfast is rich, and there are coffee machines, ice machines, water dispensers, and toiletries on the first floor.

Toothbrushes are not provided, so bring your own. Slippers are provided in the room, but I was a little hesitant, so I bought disposable slippers at the front desk for 60 yen. Other than that, everything you need is available for free, and the facilities were comfortable and convenient. The plan included breakfast, and although the number of items was small, it was good that everything was available. This was my first time staying at Toyoko Inn, but I would definitely use it again.

The quality of the food was good and it was a very nice hotel. The bathroom was also clean and I would like to stay here again.

Perhaps because the walls were thin, there was a lot of snoring and noise from nearby rooms.

The room was clean and the entire hotel was clean. It's a little inconvenient that you have to reserve a parking lot. Although I was with my child, I would like to use it again.

The location is good. There's a convenience store nearby. The room is OK. Three people can stay comfortably. Choose 2 single beds. The room is fully equipped. Parking is limited, please reserve in advance. There is an additional parking fee of 800 yen, but the service is good and very cute. It's quite a distance from the skywalk, so you have to set aside time to see the Fuji view.

Average, somewhat ordinary, nothing wrong with it.
