We booked our room just a day before our stay and arrived early in the morning before 8am, planning to leave our luggage before the check-in time. To our surprise, the receptionist informed us that our room was already ready and we could check in immediately! We were so shocked and happy with this unexpected offer — it really made our day. The hotel lobby is clean and smells great, giving a very welcoming first impression. The room itself was comfortable, and we especially appreciated the newly renovated bathroom. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The location is also very convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back for our next trip.

Location is good, just 5 min walk to Gaya street.A lot of local food near by..if you need to wash your clothes, there is laundry at the back of the hotel

It’s really a simple hotel at a very good location but the cleanliness of the bathroom is really a problem, rusty metal and smell coming out from drainage and since the room is small so the smell is around the room Other than that this hotel is still good for short stay especially the location is great

Good customer service for the man during night shift. But the lady during morning time in the lobby is kinda disappointing. I asked for slippers for so many times, but no one brings it to our room and hand it to me. The 3rd time I asked for it, she smirked and rolled her eyes. I’m so disappointed.

The hotel was beautifully maintained and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Tiny Room , dust everywhere, bedsheets many dirt, woke up with sinus infections.

Nice location in city center and nearby restaurant. Room condition good and suit for business travelers. Will come back again

1. Suitable for solo travelers due to the rather small room size. 2. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes are also quick and easy. 3. The location is very strategic, close to malls, local markets, and restaurants. 4. The price is affordable.

Room is small and cozy. Bathroom is very small without separate shower cabin. When you take a shower the floor in the bathroom is completely wet. Shower pressure was good, water was hot. Hotel has an elevator. Location is close to shopping malls, Jesselton ferry terminal is 10 minutes away on foot.
