80% of them are from Europe and America. The hotel is very suitable for vacation, giving people a comfortable and considerate feeling. Every staff here is very enthusiastic ❤️🔥, which makes people integrate instantly. My daughter just left and she clamored to go again next year. The hotel also hung lanterns 🏮 and decorated the stairwell specifically for the Chinese.

This is my first time to visit Clubmed in Hokkaido. During the snow season, hotels around the ski resorts in Hokkaido are ridiculously expensive. The prices in Niseko and Rusutsu are both as high as 20,000 yuan. So the cost-effectiveness of Clubmed in Sahoro is obvious! I asked and found out that the one in Hoshino is bigger and can only accommodate 500 children! This one is about 1/3 the size. This weekend happened to be a public holiday in Australia, so it was basically reserved by Aussie, but it was also very exciting. Foreigners really know how to create an atmosphere and it will never be boring. They cooperate very well with the GOs in the hotel. The GOs are also very friendly and enthusiastic. If you have any difficulties, they will help you solve them. 👍! Finally, a small tip: This Clubmed does not have a shuttle bus service from JR Shintoku Station! Although it is available on the official website, I was rejected after booking, saying that it cannot be provided and asked me to take a taxi myself. Later, when I arrived at JR Shintoku Station, the station staff will give you two local taxi numbers. After dialing through, the taxi will arrive in about 2-3 minutes. The cost for three people to the hotel is about 5,000 yen, and you can also book a return trip! Remember that your mobile phone must be able to dial this local number. There is no phone at the train station. It is much more convenient if you take CTS. The hotel has an airport pick-up service. Written at the end: MINA MINA must be booked two days in advance, otherwise it is basically full! But Dachi is not bad, three meals a day are very rich, the Bar is also great, snacks are provided all day, and there are many kinds of drinks. I only drink beer, delicious Japanese dry beer, I don’t know much about other wines, and I haven’t tried them. If you like cocktails, there should be many choices!

I have stayed here many times and I really like this one-stop service hotel where I don’t have to worry about anything, buffets for three meals a day, enthusiastic ski instructors, and free high-level performances in the evening.

I like it very much. I will come again next time.

There is also a traditional Japanese bath and sauna in the hotel, which is quite comfortable. Furthermore, you can choose from group lessons or private lessons for skiing. I booked a private lesson on the spur of the moment, and the coach even helped take photos. Finally, there are two restaurants for food, both buffet and ordering. It's a pity that this trip is a bit short. I will leave more time next time❄️❄️❄️

Whilst the resort may be a tad outdated in terms of the general facilities, the experience was still nothing short of fantastic. From the incredibly friendly GOs to the daily activities, the true Clubmed experience can also be found here! I started off not being able to snowboard at all to consistently linking my turns on the green slope! Quick shoutout to Charlie N and Liam A for making this happen, they understood my determination levels and pushed me to progress whilst being incredibly patient. They are also incredible guys to hang out with and chill at the bar! The other GOs to give a quick shoutout to would be Coby, James, Lilyan, Pauline, Maggie, Hazel, Nicolas, Max G, Heather and Trixie for making me feel I am part of a big family. Every single one of these GOs were extremely welcoming since my first day on the resort and constantly ensured that I never felt out of place. Would love to go back to Clubmed Sahoro, already planning my next trip!

Just back from Club Med Sahoro, and I’m already planning my return! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed like family—Hazel, Maggie, and Pauline made every moment fun, from casual chats to wild nights at the bar. The rooms may be a bit old, but they were clean, comfy, and warm—perfect after a long day on the slopes. And speaking of the slopes, shoutout to Liam A and Charlie N, my incredible snowboarding instructors! It was my first time, but thanks to them, I’m officially addicted. They were patient, fun, and made sure I had the best experience possible. And oh, the nights? Let’s just say I drank myself silly because the GO team knows how to have a good time! The energy, the laughter, the unforgettable moments—it was all magic. Club Med Sahoro isn’t just about skiing; it’s about the people, the memories, and the sheer joy of being there. I came for the snow, stayed for the people, and left with a heart full of incredible experiences. Can’t wait to be back!

One of the highlights was Gabriel, the ski instructor from Chile. Very knowledgeable and fun to ski with in Class 5. Big thanks also to Aina (ski director), Stefan (deputy ski director), Craig (ski instructor), and Nicolas & Liliane from Ski Rental. And Dogan, the restaurant manager.

This resort is hands down the best I’ve ever been to. The service is top-tier, and the staff are all super nice and friendly. Everything is within a short walking distance, and the layout makes it easy to get around. The ski instructors are amazing they give great feedback and really help you improve. They are super friendly. Jock, Trixie, Ally and Manuel stood out the most to me. Every time they saw me, they’d say hi, which was really nice and welcoming. Jock was super friendly and gave some of the best skiing advice. Jock helped me from doing wedge turns and gave me outstanding advice which lead me to start to do better turns and even some parallel. We would always talk about football (especially liverpool and Tottenham) and other cool things. He was a very chill guy overall with good spirit. Manuel was always really nice to me and he would give great ski tips. His jokes were also really funny and he had a very nice positive spirit. Especially during drills while skiing manuel would add a joke into them to make the drills more understandable and fun. When he wanted me to keep my hands on my knees he would pretend to squirt super glue onto my hands and then stick my hands onto my knees. Ally was very friendly and made very good sandwiches. We had good talks about football and other stuff. He was in general a really nice person and we shared some common interests in football. Such as how virgil van dijk is a great defender and how he used to play for celtic. Trixie also was super nice and said hi to me when we walked past each other. While skiing when I fell down in the off piste she waited very patiently for me even when it took me almost 5 minutes to put my skis on. She didn't pressure me or say anything about me falling down. She was super nice and didnt make me feel bad about myself. I really appreciated that Trixie did that. Another shoutout to Jayden, the bartender he made the best drinks, he made you anything you wanted. He was always great to talk with and was SUPER friendly and cheerful. The snow is also just amazing. The snow is just pure powder and the skiing is never icy. Its amazing skiing conditions and the slopes are very fun also. You can go skiing for hours without getting bored. The weather condtions are pristine, sunny most days with outstanding views with snow everywhere. Sometimes it would snow so much that the next day of skiing would just be pure powder and absolute fun, even though I did find powder challenging at times because I would fall and it would be hard to put the skis on. Everynight they have very enterating shows and they would always switch it up, some nights it would be a talent show, kids show, dancing, singing, live bands, etc. Overall, the service is outstanding at club med sohoro and I really loved the trip. Hi ClubMed, My wife and 2 kids(Scotty, Mel, Sahara & Ryan) stayed at ClubMed Sahoro for 9 nights on January 10th-19th. We have stayed at Tomamu twice previously and thought we would try Sahoro and it didn’t disappoint. From the bar staff Tuncay and Hasan who oversaw the whole bar area there was never an empty glass around or a table not cleaned. A great place to relax after 6h of skiing/snowboarding. Thanks for looking after us boys. A massive thank you to our fantastic instructors, I know it’s the G.O’s job to talk and engage with the customers but by the end of our trip I would class them as family. Kyle, Kevin, Max G, Anthony Levi and Dodo. They also helped us and the kids go from beginner to boarder line advanced skiers/boarders. They also joined us for dinner a couple of times and was great to hear their stories. Also Lillian from the ski rentals that fully repaired my snow boot free of charge because he had an hour spare, now that is what ClubMed is about. The G.O also performed shows in the theatre each night that also made our trip so memorable. Thanks you to all the staff at ClubMed Sahoro for giving us an unforgettable experience.
