The sea level and the calm swimming pool under the slight sunshine are very healing! 🍭 The first moment I walked in, the boss saw that I was with my two children. Our room had a stunning view of the ocean, which made each morning and evening feel extra special. We also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast each day — a great way to start the day. The customer service throughout our stay was excellent, but a special thank you goes to the receptionist, Ashan. She went above and beyond to make our time here comfortable and memorable, and we’re so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shenzhen.
