Shenzhen Longgang District Hotels

The hotel is located in the heart of the ancient city, surrounded by a wide variety of dining options, complete facilities, and a clean and hygienic environment. Our stay coincided with a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the spectacular performance was well worth seeing. If you're planning a stay in Gankeng, this is a great choice.

The hotel is one of a kind, it’s fully depicting the historical buildings know as “Tulou”, same shape, same tower alike rising over the village. I love its interior decoration, the mosaics everywhere are simply a masterpiece of its own. The project is wholesome and unique, retro charm is wonderful. My room was the best, incredibly cozy, with two huge windows. The bathroom area was the most comfortable I’ve ever seen by the time. Decoration with the colorful tiles and shower system made of “bronze” - such a chic. The staff and cleaners were genuinely friendly and helpful all the way through the entire stay. I stayed in the middle of May day holiday craziness, with thousands of visitors in the village below, but up at my room I didn’t hear any sound of crowds, that was the best part of my experience, as I looked for peace and calmness. The bed and bedding all soft and comfy to the point. The amenities are all presented whatever you need it. The location is gorgeous: right at the entrance to the village and out of crowds path. In contrast to the other boutique hotel in the village which is simply in the middle of chaos, noise and dirtiness. The breakfast was not provided but right downstairs next door there’s KFC and their meal is perfect for the first meal of the day. I personally ordered delivery, too, and it was brought exactly to my door. I was like in heaven - really wonderful stay and romantic room with perfect decoration.

I decided to have a ”micro vacation” in Shenzhen on short notice. I chose this Santa Monica hotel that had been in my favorites for a long time. I didn't expect to meet the ideal life aesthetics around the corner✨ ▪️The room is a gentle cream wood style. I really like the unbeatable sea view on the balcony, very nice~ ▪️The butler service is considerate but not excessive. I received a seasonal fruit basket when I checked in. I contacted WeChat for a quick response if I needed anything. ▪️The first-floor terrace was unexpectedly photographed! The combination of white parasols + tropical green plants Order a cup of Americano and vacation in Chiang Mai~ It's more like an ideal friend's home than a hotel. There is no overly designed bustle. There is just the right amount of relaxation and freedom. It's a favorite that I want to hide secretly💛

Xiao yu was very helpful, he helped carry our luggages to the room and explain everything in the room. Not only that for our checkout he makes everything very smoothly by letting him know we want to check out and help to carry all our luggages to the reception by himself👍🏻 and he even bring us to the hotel restaurant as we couldn’t find it. Very good service and we would be back to stay again. Thank you to Xiao yu and team for making our stay pleasant ✨

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is very nice and close to everything in this small beautiful town. Right in front of the building is a local canal and you will find the hotel's restaurant where you can have breakfast in the morning and buy a local style skewers at night. The room itself is sparkingly clean, albeit a minor toilet screen door's seal damage that needs repair. If you come as a family with your kids, the private hot spring may not be that private because there was no door to give you privacy from you kids! (only Chinese pattern partition screen door). Apart from that everything was in very good order. The hotel staff was super friendly even though he could speak limited English. There was some confusion during check-in that I made a prepay via credit card over Trip.com already but he miscommunicated and charged me again. He found out later on and hurry to my room to amend that and he said he feel deeply sorry for that misunderstanding. Later that night, he sent message through my WeChat that there is free milk offered before 10pm. While I got back to the receotion at 9pm asking for the milk for my daughter, the receptionist said I have to walk back to the restaurant in front to get it but my daughter did not feel like walking back so we said we were good and heading back to room to call it a day. About 10 minutes later, the same guy knock my door and came with 2 cups of hot milk! This is beyond my expectation :) and it was a heartfelt service I have never had before even from the hotel in Thailand, my country where the hospitality and service has been highly regarded. He also helped negotiate with the tricycle taxi from the Gankeng Town Gate to the Gangkeng station the next morning when I check out. I could understand a bit of Mandarin and I heard the taxi driver try to charge extra for my luggage but he asked the driver not to charge and he agreed. I regret that I did not ask for this hotel's staff name but he wears glasses, about 180cm tall and was driving the hotel's golf cart in my last photo here. I would like to say to him that you are the best! and keep up the great work ;) You will not disappoint anything at this hotel as it worth much more than what you paid for ;)

The kids were absolutely thrilled with the in-room slide and large bathtub; they didn't want to leave the room at all! We stayed for a two-day weekend and had such a wonderful time, we were reluctant to go home. Even though the public play area on the third floor was on the smaller side, the kids surprisingly spent a long time playing there. 😃 From our room on the second floor, we had a direct view of the scenic area's water performance the moment we opened the door, and we enjoyed listening to the show's music all afternoon. On top of that, food delivery here is incredibly fast. With numerous restaurants within the scenic area, many meals and fresh fruits can be delivered in less than half an hour. This place comes with my absolute highest recommendation!

A wonderful place ! Definitely will come back to this area. Amazed by the view of the seaside. Friendly staff and manager, which assisted us in carrying luggage, constantly reminded us of the breakfast and nighttime dessert. They do offer to deliver the meals to the bedroom as well !! If you're looking for places where you can take nice photos and a romantic dinner, why not consider here ! ^^

This seaside resort is a perfect blend of comfort, technology, and top-notch service. From the moment I arrived, the helpful staff made the experience even better—they assisted with luggage and gave a detailed tour of the room, explaining all the smart features and how to use them. They also provided clear instructions on reserving the free 20-minute photography session, which was a great touch! The button-controlled smart room made adjusting the lighting, curtains, and temperature effortless. The bathtub with an ocean view was the highlight—soaking while listening to music from the built-in panel was pure relaxation. Plus, the ceiling projector turned the room into a private cinema, perfect for unwinding at night. Food was another plus! The stay included a delicious breakfast, a teatime snack, and an after-dinner dessert, all well-prepared and satisfying. Stayed here with my boyfriend for 1 night as we needed a relaxing getaway from Hong Kong. Booked the hotel very last minute (3 hours before we arrived) and it exceeded our expectations! We came during the week so the area itself was not busy (as i’ve read it can get on the weekends) so it was perfect for us to have some peace and quiet. The hotel is ON the beach and there are activities that can be done from there (kayaking, jet ski etc). There are cute little coffee shops/restaurants all within walking distance and in the evening there was entertainment on the beach including an open air cinema with beach chairs for guests. We booked a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony which was lovely in the evening. The room was very clean, the king size bed was huge and we were able to watch english movies via the projector! (Even travelling in the city at more well known hotels, we have had trouble watching english language tv/movies so this was a bonus for us) In the morning we asked for late check out (very last minute) and they let us stay for an additional hour. Also, breakfast was included but we missed the allocated time and they texted us via wechat to offer to bring up 2 plates AND coffee which they did not have to do but was so appreciated. Overall, we needed to relax and this hotel was perfect. We will definitely be returning again AND recommending to our friends.

all the staff were very friendly and helpful, made our stay pleasant and feels like home even some unexpected things happened they react quickly to them we would really wanna thank the photographer 六六, she got amazing photo taking skills the whole place is photo genic, perfect for a short getaway trip, because it gives a feeling that u went to Europe, we didn’t wanna leave at all we will definitely come back!!!
