I was asked at the front desk if I had any special requests , I said , I would like a no-smoking room. I had requested it an the app as well.. but somehow they gave me a smoking room, Infact it smelled like someone smoked in that room just a few minutes ago.. it’s strange they did the exact opposite of what I asked. Their breakfast is very simple every time I stay in Hampton. I haven’t found many options for vegetarians or those people who don’t eat pork.

Great hotel with dedicated staff. At the reception Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, were very professional and very knowledgeable. They made us feel special from the first moment. They gave us a great room with an amazing lake view and complimentary afternoon tea coupons. The room is very large, the bed is very comfortable. The hotel has an excellent architecture it's modern but maintains the Chinese elements. The buffet dinner was excellent with a wide selection of very delicious dishes and desserts. Our overall experience was excellent and we will definitely come back. Thank to it's dedicated staff like Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, 赖加春 who made this stay even more unforgettable. The breakfast is also rich with nice baked goods like croissant, chocolate bread, danish pastries and so on. Cheese selection is also great. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well. Amazing experience at the Pingshan guesthouse, especially for a tennis oriented stay. Rooms are confortable, hotel is next to a good shopping mall with many great food options, especially if you’re a fan of Tanyu fish! The tennis academy is huge with many courts including indoor, outdoor, clay and hard courts. Highly recommended!

Our room was right by the lake, facing east, offering breathtaking views of the moonrise. Sitting by the lake, gazing at the moon, one can truly savor the serene mountain breeze and the bright moonlight, evoking a deep sense of tranquility and poetic beauty. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite comprehensive. They provide a convenient buggy service, and the rooms are modern and well-maintained – perfectly sufficient even for frequent business travelers. Breakfast is a delicious buffet. The hotel itself offers a wide array of activities: you can pick longans from the abundant trees, enjoy a leisurely boat ride on the lake, relax with a book at the quaint book cafe, play chess, or simply watch the ducks and swans. It's a truly joyful and peaceful experience. **Service:** The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Services like room upgrades and shuttle transfers were handled flawlessly.

The first time I stayed at the Orange Hotel, I was so surprised! The lobby design is very stylish, and the warm color lighting makes people relax instantly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the journey was relieved as soon as I lay down. The sound insulation effect is superb and it is very quiet at night. The front desk lady was warm and recommended the surrounding food. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to the subway station and business district. High cost performance, choose here next time! Would also recommend to friends

The room is very clean and has all kinds of facilities. The most thoughtful thing is that there are many plugs left in the decoration, and you can charge your phone everywhere, which is very friendly to people who are anxious about power! The front desk lady of the booked double bed room was very nice and upgraded it to a suite, yyds!

While reception staff was not capable of any English, one management lady helped out very nicely. In total, clean room and bathroom, breakfast for such a hotel surprisingly tasty with good coffee (all self service). Gym equipment rather ”home use quality” than what you usually can expect in such a hotel (as the price is not cheap at all). Billiard room. Generally: a business hotel far away from every city center / mall, etc. Though for some customers or suppliers, if they are close, a good option avoiding Shenzhen standard every day traffic jam.
