As my elderly parents are not suited for long-distance travel, I was looking for a comfortable and tranquil place to unwind in Shenzhen. I happened to discover this hotel, nestled at the foot of Maluan Mountain, which boasts a serene and secluded environment with options for both lake and mountain view rooms. Lucky, the lovely front desk staff member, was wonderfully warm, patient, and attentive. She even upgraded our room, considering we were traveling as a family. Staying at the hotel felt like stepping into a traditional Suzhou-style garden. With its pavilions, intricate rock formations, mountain springs, serene lakes, and winding bamboo paths, every step reveals a new picturesque scene. It's truly an ideal sanctuary for rejuvenating both body and mind. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel with dedicated staff. At the reception Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, were very professional and very knowledgeable. They made us feel special from the first moment. They gave us a great room with an amazing lake view and complimentary afternoon tea coupons. The room is very large, the bed is very comfortable. The hotel has an excellent architecture it's modern but maintains the Chinese elements. The buffet dinner was excellent with a wide selection of very delicious dishes and desserts. Our overall experience was excellent and we will definitely come back. Thank to it's dedicated staff like Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, 赖加春 who made this stay even more unforgettable. The breakfast is also rich with nice baked goods like croissant, chocolate bread, danish pastries and so on. Cheese selection is also great. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well. I was surprised to learn that a deposit was required upon check-in, even though I had already fully paid for my stay. Most hotel do not has this practice now, it takes extra time to process this during check-in / check-out.
