This could be a decent hotel for the rather low price. But it needs work. It’s rather “tired”. If they could patch up the walls or deal with the humidity or whatever that leaves the first 0.5 of the walls all blotchy and patched the place would get to ok. Most aspects of the place could use some makeover or fixing.
With that said, if you’re on your own and want decently clean but not pretty for a low price you can consider this. I may try for a nicer place at the same low price next time however.

When we got to the room, it was in a huge mess. It was on an attic and had a strong smell. When we asked to change rooms, we were told that the other rooms had not been cleaned. It was already after two o'clock. When we first arrived, we were asked to wait. Then we couldn't stand it anymore. I paid extra to upgrade, but after upgrading, the environment is still the same. The walls are moldy, the floor is covered with dots like this, and the toilet seat is also covered with black dots. I didn’t take pictures of the toilet. Anyway, I don’t recommend going there again.

The shower head only had water coming out from the innermost circle. After taking a shower for a while, I found that the floor drain was not leaking and kept blowing dirty water up. There were small flies in the room. I suggest that friends who stay here should go to a few more rooms to check. Some rooms are still livable and do not have the above problems.
