訂了1月20日至1月22日兩晚，1月22日下午一點多退的房（8620房）離店的時候把一瓶護膚品和一支潤脣膏落在床上（前一晚睡覺前我塗了護膚品就順手放在兩個枕頭之間）因為買不到回家的票，本來想續住多一晚，酒店告知要裝修，不能續住，唯有另找一間，23號凌晨在第二間酒店睡覺前才發現自己的護膚品落下了，立刻致電提子酒店，接電話的人（男聲）説酒店準備裝修所以阿姨沒有及時搞到衞生，等白天會幫我去房間查找，第二天早上（也是男聲）致電給我説找不到，但我記得非常清楚，並讓他再仔細找找，等到下午五六點都未有消息，我主動致電（一個女的接電話）堅持説沒有，而且還説我當天退房的時候阿姨已經搞了衞生（這跟那個男的説法也不一樣）（當時電話中旁邊有個男聲還説不是610房間嗎？）由此推斷他們應該一開始就去錯房間幫我找東西，事後又怕麻煩乾脆直接説沒找到（或者是阿姨丟了？或者是酒店私吞了？）反正我的東西就是在這酒店不見了，自認倒黴吧
