取房憑證標注的樓層沒有註明登記在哪層，由於並非全棟都是單一酒店/公寓，未取房卡前去錯樓層會很麻煩！！！
由於同一棟大廈有多家酒店/公寓，但又全部共用大廈指定電梯，每日早午晚出入高峰，等𨋢時間可以好長。這是店家無法改變的現況，建議入住此類酒店/公寓者緊記錯峰出行。
另外房間內投影機每次關機後都需要手動協助重新調焦。十分麻煩。冷氣亦會滴水，行李/物件要避開滴水位。
景觀開揚無遮擋，望向正東方，晴朗日子可自日出，同時早上亦受大量陽光照顧，晚出門者切忌！
小陽台放洗衣機，沒測試。
床夠大，冷氣給力，雪櫃運作正常且十分乾淨。

小姐姐的服務態度很好，但是設施有點舊，周圍的環境是方便，離商場很近，衞生感覺到有認真打掃，但是不夠仔細，沐浴間有客人留下的牙膏，洗手盆有小飛蟲

酒店位置商住大廈高層，地點甚佳；
鄰近大型購物中心 KK One + 中洲灣中心；
房間高層 32樓，可望城景，晚上燈光更美；
房間尺寸面積，足夠，兩大兩小，絕無問題👍；
房內設備齊全，雙人大床，冷氣機夠凍，洗衣機，雪櫃，煮食電爐，風筒等等，還有提供免費會員電影👍，一絕，讚！
房內衛生乾淨，毛巾無異味；
酒店步程2-3分鐘，近下沙村，多宵夜小食，咖啡餐廳，燒烤串，大小型超市應有盡有😘
可算是性價比高，下次一定再來體驗❤️❤️

第二次住這間錦楓，這次訂了影院房間，比上一次的輕享型的房細了，房間環境舊了一點，廁所門關不貼，沖涼時會流出水在廁所地上，很大的缺點，但梳化床鋪看上去比較新淨，沒有異味..
住的A座數，走3分鐘很近中洲灣，商場有新開的KP fun遊玩場，全日任玩，中途可以吃完晚飯再進場玩，附近就是KK one，買的食的都方便

挺好的，很安靜，在一個商業公寓裏，還有落地窗，臨時定的房間也沒有特別臟或者説給樓道頭尾的房間，這一點好評。
樓上還有采耳店，可以順便清潔放鬆，附圖是店主的貓。
