每年在深圳福田開展會都會定美梨民宿家的房間，這次是第二次定了，挑了一間可以步行到的，位置很棒，無法挑剔，房間也很乾凈，位置大，空氣好，主要是客廳也很大，有投資，基本都是在家吃外賣看電影，簡直太爽了，也可以開發票，開水單，房東人很好，有問必答，年底還會有一次展會，還會繼續來定的，好評。

房間離會展中心打車起步價，小區地理位置好，也很好找，房間衞生很乾凈整潔，因為自身原因，要提前一天退房，平台和房東都很負責任的幫我代賣，最後成功代賣出去，感謝平台和房東
