I went alone with 2 kids to play for two nights. The first feeling was that the waiter was very kind and when you had breakfast in the morning, the waiter would be very proactive to help (breakfast was simple and good, you could go and eat it). Once into the hotel the smell makes people very comfortable, strongly want to bring the smell back to Hong Kong 🤣 And the room, big enough and new, the bed is comfortable, did not feel anything unclean or dissatisfied, the only thing is the street is a bit noisy, but It has not affected sleep (at least we do not).
