I will definitely come back to Cja Apartment! I’m really happy with my choice — the location is fantastic, with lots of local food options just around the corner. It made exploring and dining super easy. The apartment itself was very convenient and comfortable. I loved that I could wash my clothes every day during my stay in Shenzhen, and having a fridge and microwave made it easy to store and heat up food whenever I wanted. Overall, it was a great experience — clean, practical, and perfectly located. Highly recommended!

The room is super clean and facilities are amazing. There are washing machine, microwave, fridge, toiletries and amenities, whatever you need is there. Dryer for your clothes is together with the gym room. There's area to collect your food delivery and parcel. Water pressure good There's plenty of eateries nearby and even a local street food market opposite the hotel. Metro is about 20mins by foot. Staff are nice and responsive. It's 24 hours. And you can leave your luggage at the reception if not close to check in timing. Security is good. The only downside is that there's noise from the air-conditioning. So tired from travelling that the noise didn't wake me up.

I have found my new favorite place to stay in SZ! It is a real "fortress of solitude" after a busy and hectic day, so perfect for foreign travelers needing a break with everything one needs for a long visit. I will be back! The staff were great and so patient for non native Chinese speakers. The hotel is very secure. Beds are comfy and the Wi-Fi good.

I will talk about the location and then move on to talk about the room. Located just near Litchi Orchard Subway stations means you are a few stops to Bao'an Qianhaiwan or Coastal Park.  Both of these places provide a huge range of dining and shopping experiences.    Once you are cheked in you will enjoy a private room that comes with a nice desk to study or focus on work.  Initally i was on the 5th floor but was moved to the 4th floor that had less of a smell. The cleaner will come in to remove your trash, provide fresh towerls and two bottles of water and mop the floor.  The room comes with a fridge freezer and an excellent washing machine and you can use the dryer on the ground floor.   Overall, I rate this hotel as decent and as long as the price stays affordable I hope to stay here again in the future.

This room was very convenient. I stayed 4 days. It was a washing machine, they give you detergent. It has a stove and a pot to cook & cabinet space to hold your utensils. You do need to bring your knives and other cook utensils though. The ayi will come clean your room once a day. If you need a place to stay a couple of days or a month. Come here.

They have a cockroach problem. I saw one in the kitchen cabinet, a dead one in the closet, and one appeared from behind the desktop while I was in the middle of an online business meeting. The staff is really nice, and the location is good (next to a supermarket and KFC), but the hotel needs to address the cockroach issue.

I actually stayed in this apartment hotel for about 1 month. The bed is soft, and all amenities are as shown in the pictures, it's also very easy to order things online because they have the cabinet. Be aware that the surrounding area is very noisy and it is a top a supermarket, initially I had a window room but it was so noisy I had to go to a windowless room, which was fine but the room smelled a lot as a result. Also the TV is exactly at the bed so hard to find a good viewing angles. Overall, if you get it for $25 a night, it's totally worth it.

Location is very good, right in the center of Nanshan and easy to get around. The price for an apartment style room with washing machine, full-sized fridge and hot plate (no cookware though) is great value for a traveller on a budget. Wi-Fi also worked well for me when I was on videoconferences from my room. Some negatives. I did have a couple small cockroachy friends who visited 😅. Also the room cleaning was so basic that it almost felt like I'd rather they didn't come in (ex. They took out the garbage, but the bed would always be made in a really sloppy way, or they wouldn't wipe down surfaces... Basically it was enough to know someone had been in the room, but not left as clean as other hotels, so it kinda made me feel a bit weird). Rooms without windows can get a bit stuffy, but air conditioning helped with that. Honestly though for the price, I can't complain too much - less than 200 rmb/night for all the amenities you get is pretty great (plus there's a small gym with treadmill and bike if you want, no weights or floor space). Budget travellers or students who aren't too concerned with impeccable room standards but want to save on eating out and laundry will be very happy with this place, but if aesthetic and top hygiene are priorities, don't stay here.
