Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel, and the pros definitely outweigh the minor cons.
First, the service is excellent—staff were attentive, responsive, and made the check-in and check-out processes smooth and hassle-free. The location is also quite good, as it’s close to the MTR station, which made commuting to different parts of the city extremely convenient, saving a lot of time on transportation.
As for the small drawbacks: the hotel lobby is a bit cramped, and there was ongoing renovation work during my stay. However, this did not affect the overall experience at all— the renovation didn’t cause excessive noise, and daily activities like passing through the lobby or asking for assistance remained unhindered.
In conclusion, this is a great choice for travelers who value convenient location and good service, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Overall, we were very satisfied. The main reason for our stay was to fulfill our child's wish to soak in a bathtub, haha. Our child was absolutely thrilled the moment they saw it! The robot service was also fantastic!

We booked this hotel last minute after traveling from Dongguan to Shenzhen for a drone show. Both the cleanliness and service were excellent. Hotels with free parking are always my preference, and this one offered it. The front desk staff were also fantastic. The subway station is conveniently located just over 100 meters away. I accidentally left my child's toy at the hotel, and they even helped me mail it back to me. I'm very grateful for their assistance. I wish Qiuguo Hotel all the best and continued success.

On the day of check-in, I experienced a minor health incident. Feeling unwell, I was worried about potentially inconveniencing the hotel if my situation deteriorated, so I reluctantly called emergency services (120). Although I later calmed down and didn't go to the hospital, the warm and attentive service from the young gentleman at the front desk that evening absolutely deserves high praise!
This was a last-minute booking for a business trip. The dining options around the hotel were also quite good. The hotel isn't large, just a standard property. However, the room was reasonably spacious and clean, and the housekeeping staff were polite and friendly.
