Location is good. Surrounding a lot of good Chinese food. Only not so good is driver don't know the pickup point. The passenger waited long long inside the building and the driver outside the road side. Missed few calls for the transport.

We felt quite bad about the delay, but she kindly allowed us a 30-minute late check-out. Really appreciate her patience and help! 🥹🙏 The location of the hotel is also excellent — just a short walk to the old street with lots of delicious local food spots 🍜🍢. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall service was warm and attentive. Unfortunately, the first room we slept in was very dirty and smelled strongly of smoke. We were given a new room, which was better. However, the bathroom smelled bad, and everything was a bit old.

We went shopping at Dongmen until late at night, so we chose this hotel. It is also very convenient to walk from Dongmen to the hotel, about eight to ten minutes. However, the hygiene in the hotel room was not very good, and the glass coffee table was also broken. It was very dangerous for us who have children with us. We have informed the hotel to pay attention to this. The hotel is also very convenient to the nearby teahouse, which is very good.

The place is big and very comfortable to live in. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It is also very close to Dongmen Old Street. You need to register by mobile phone to enter the lobby door, which is very safe.

The location is pretty good and not difficult to find. It’s just that I had to scan the QR code and fill in the information by myself downstairs. It was very annoying because it was a little cold earlier. Gongyu can only provide heating and no air conditioning. It’s really hot. But the merchant helped bring a fan to the building. It was very considerate. It's a good place to walk a few steps to Vientiane City.

It's OK, not as good as the first time, but not much different, well-equipped, high-rise homestay, remember to scan the QR code before entering, good location, you can see the night view of Shenzhen skyscrapers from the window.

1) The apartment is about 3 minutes away from Exit D of Grand Theater Station on Metro Line 1, and it is about 8 minutes' walk from the apartment to Dongmen Old Street, which is very convenient. 2) You need to register using the app before you can enter the lobby. It is simple and quick to enter. 3) The front desk is located on the 18th floor and is visible when you exit the elevator. The front desk lady is pretty and can arrange room check-in quickly 4) The air-conditioning in the room is cool enough, there is a washing machine and a refrigerator, the light blocking and sound insulation are good. Overall, I feel that I can stay here again.
