房間有點小了，窗户老舊，差點推不開，房間就衹有圖片大小，衞生間巨巨巨小，應該是後面改裝的，地面也不是瓷磚，有點差強人意。

有洗衣機、近高鐵站（走路就能到，省去體驗擠地鐵擠三班都擠不上、省去體驗打滴滴被堵在路上 ── 深圳早上繁忙時間必有的情況），性價比已經很不錯的了。
有特別要求可以跟店家提，合理要求他們都能儘量滿足，這很好。

説他好呢，老闆給我免費升了房間，我謝謝他，當時我確實想給他點個好評來着，雖然這個房間對我來説沒什麼區別，甚至靠窗更吵，還有蚊子，這個升房原因呢，我也不想深究，無所謂了
説他不好呢，按規矩來説是我們退房的時候就交易結束了，就該當麪退按金，這個大家應該去哪兒都是一樣的吧？但是老闆一口咬定這是他們這邊的規矩，跟我説按金要下午2點之後再退，那麼問題來了，跟老闆收沒收沒關係，他是等到那筆轉賬過期才退回的，也就是説從早上9點多退房，一直等到晚上23:30才退的按金，整整延遲了14個小時，這個規矩是怎麼來的呢？大家怎麼看？那我這個好評應該是給不了了，沒有損失，但是禮尚往來哈
環境和衞生我不説啥，一分錢一分貨，哥們就睡個覺，沒必要整太好
