Nice, stylish hotel. Great service and very clean, comfortable rooms with a fantastic bed. I slept very soundly after my long flight. The helpful hotel staff took care to help me send a package to a friend in another province in China. Every effort was made to help me feel welcomed. Highly recommended.

Very great hotel, clean and spacious. Great sunlight if you stay a room with window. Even the room without window, is super comfortable, because it has a green scenery. Great staff, especially the one gave us a free upgrade. And, just 3 mins walking to the Subway station? And lots of restaurants around the hotel. Superb location! Would definitely recommend this!

Location is super convenient and central Customer service is welcoming The room is very clean and new. However, we could smell of smoke when the ventilation is on. we could see cigarette waste in common area. Apart from that, everything else is great and would come back again. I just hope that the hotel could be straight with their non smoking status and condition.

Always is the human touch that make me want to rate beyond 5 stars to the hotel. Vennie Chen (apologies if I didnt spell it right) learned about the hiccups that I had during my stay. She handle it professionally, the way she handle the situation makes me feel warm and welcome, the sincerity she shown is up and beyond, comparatively or even better than most of the 5 stars hotel out there. Xiao Long tong xue at frontdesk is smart and energetic. He understands how to service guests from different cultural background. The hotel room design is so special, most of the electronics items is controllable via "xiao du". Location is good. try this hotel to get a different staying experience. Overall a pleasant stay, and experience the beyond with Vennie and xiao long.

It is a relaxing trip! The hotel location is good and very tidy and clean!! Only we are not too lucky to have road works downstairs and thus sometimes it is quite noisy!! Also it will be the best to have body lotion to be supplied like other hotels!!

Excellent location. A lot of restaurants are nearby and walking distance to Dongmen and King glory plaza. The soundproofing was amazing. We could hear some bass from music playing in the park outside of the hotel, but it was not playing late at night. A big road right next to the hotel and could not hear anything. A big tv in the room which made our stay very enjoyable. There are some free cable channels, only English channel is Pearl so bring your own device for viewing needs or if you have the Chinese streaming app, you can pay to watch. The bed was a bit too hard. All four pillows felt the same, not much variation. For one night, it was okay. No full-length mirror. Only one above the sink and a magnifying side mirror. Overall: a good hotel to stay for a good price. Newly renovated and very nice decoration.
