Friends were not very happy, overall it is livable, the place is right on the border with Byanmar. They said that the water pressure was poor.

The hotel is next to the main road. Not far from Mae Sai Beside the hotel there are restaurants and entertainment venues. Only broken on the day of the stay, the bathroom did not have a water heater. And there is no hot water kettle provided in the room.
