Nice location, good room, excellent hot springs. Train connection from Beijing is very convenient.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. It was very comfortable for a family of 4. Even with we not knowing Chinese, they made our stay comfortable by understanding. Roof top Hot Spring is just amazing...!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 雪麓居温泉酒店, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Room Size The room was spacious and well-designed, providing plenty of room to relax after a long day on the slopes. The layout was thoughtful, with a cozy seating area that made it feel more like a home than a hotel room. Location The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Nestled right at the base of the mountain, it offered easy access to the ski lifts. Whether you’re a beginner or an expert skier, you’ll appreciate how convenient it is to hit the slopes first thing in the morning. Cleanliness The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. From the common areas to the room itself, everything was spotless. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. Amenities One of the highlights for me was the availability of a washing machine in the hotel. After a few days of skiing, having the option to do laundry was a game changer. It allowed me to pack lighter and enjoy my trip without worrying about running out of clean clothes. Breakfast While my stay was nearly perfect, I did find the breakfast offerings a bit lacking in variety. Although the food was fresh and tasty, I would have loved to see more options on the menu. A few additional choices would elevate the dining experience and cater to different tastes. Overall, I highly recommend 雪麓居. The combination of spacious rooms, excellent location, pristine cleanliness, and convenient amenities make it a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy a ski getaway. If they could expand their breakfast menu, it would truly be a five-star experience!

Great for a family or group trip - spacious suites with room to gather. Prompt service. The kitchen is empty, no plates, knives, pots/pans. Breakfast is okay. The location is great, just a few minutes from the high speed rail (Taizicheng) and walking distance to restaurants and the equipment rental hall. Access to the hot springs is included.

The location was great for skiing and as hotel guests we received a discount on renting gear. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a little kitchen and an electric fireplace. There was also a nice little ice wonderland next door that was fun for the kids and we got a discount as hotel guests.

The location is perfect if you are planning to skii in thaiwoo. The staff at the front desk didn't speak any english so it was difficult to communicate without a translator app, although the staff was willing to help always!

Excellent location that’s a short walk away from the ski slopes, really big rooms that came with a washing machine and dryer. Breakfast had some interesting and tasty options and the sauna upstairs was nice in winter. Only downside was that the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped so we couldn’t cook anything ourselves! Overall it was a good stay!

Cosy and comfortable, great Hot Springs (inside and open air, decent saunas, free drinks), good Spa. Washing machine and dryer in the room help be ready for next day activities. Helpful staff. Warm rooms. Adjustable and warmed bed. Clean and pleasant style.

second time stayed, really good location close to Thaiwoo ski area. spaceful room and convenience. highly recommend for family.

The room is very large, and there is a fireplace in the living room. The balcony has a view of the ski slope and the town. The night and day views are super beautiful! The free hot spring is inside the hotel. There are many indoor and outdoor pools. After leaving the hot spring, go upstairs to the hotel. It is perfect when there is a cold wave and strong wind warning The only drawback is that the hotel does not have enough hot water. All three bathrooms are a bit cold. Fortunately, there is a shower in the hot spring The sofa bed in the living room needs to be heated by the fireplace. If the temperature drops at night, it will be cold even if you cover yourself with a quilt. The room is warm all night.

Stayed for 3 nights, the wash basin was blocked and the problem was not solved. I reported it to the front desk at least 4-5 times, and then gave up. I regretted not bringing a drain! There is only one restaurant in the hotel, and there is nothing to eat. Later, I simply made breakfast by myself, and the manager's service was very poor! The free movie tickets were not available at all, and the hot springs were not very clean, so I didn't go! Late check-out depends on the mood of the front desk. One person said 12 o'clock and the other said 1 o'clock! Skiing requires a short walk. If you bring children with beginner or no basic skiing skills, Nanshanli is more suitable. It is convenient to eat and stay. There are several restaurants in the hotel. There is a children's playground and a beginner ski slope outside the hotel. 9 ropes go directly to a very friendly intermediate slope. I will not stay there again.
