Room is decent and tidy but, in some places, has a little shabby condition. The air-conditioner was found defected and someone was called for the repairs on site. Initial findings showed that some parts of the air-conditioner had to be replaced and I asked for changing the room coz I do not want to wait. However, I got the reply was that I had to pay more for changing a higher grade of room because the normal types of room were rented out. I was so surprised by this reply because it was not my fault about the defected facilities in my room. But the guests had to suffer it by paying more for getting another 'normal' room.
Comparing with other hotels where I stayed at SZ before, here is not the top notch one. Customer service has to be improved.

The environment is very good. I took my kids to see the lantern festival and stayed for one night. When I entered the room, I found stickers on the bathtub, which was quite scary. I thought of all kinds of **** at night. . . .
The breakfast was too ordinary. I will stay at Langham next time. The breakfast is richer.
The toiletries are very good, which must be praised.
The front desk lady is very beautiful. It would be more beautiful if she smiled more.
