⭐ A Magical Treehouse Escape – 5 Stars! ⭐ Our stay at the Evergreen Resort Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality, and we are thrilled to give this incredible resort a well-deserved 5-star review. A huge thank you to Dai Xiumei, Qu Meng, and Li Jia for their kindness and impeccable service. This resort is truly a hidden natural wonder, nestled in the lush mountains overlooking the Nanshan District of Shenzhen. We stayed in Tree House 603, an enchanting retreat perched atop an ancient tree with breathtaking views, beautifully crafted wooden interiors, a cozy and comfortable bed, hot tea, and a private outdoor deck overlooking the city. It felt like something out of a dream! ✨ Unforgettable Experiences: Seamless Check-in: We arrived at 9 PM after traveling from the Philippines, hauling four large suitcases and a stroller. Without hesitation, the amazing 24-hour staff carried our heavy luggage up the mountain steps to our treehouse. Their kindness and efficiency left us in awe. 🌿 Nature & Adventure: Our stay included breakfast and access to Qingqing World, a stunning outdoor discovery park filled with natural exhibits, gardens, sculptures, and even a drum show! It was a paradise for our 17-month-old son, who played in the garden, rode a few rides, and soaked in all the magic around him. ✨ Dining with a View: Breakfast on the outdoor garden patio was a delight—fresh, delicious, and surrounded by nature. 🔹 Unmatched Serenity: It’s hard to put into words just how sacred and peaceful this place is. The moment we stepped onto our treehouse deck, looking over the forest and the city below, we fell in love. Before we knew it, our adventure had come to an end—our little one peacefully napping after a full morning of discovery. As we checked out, we let the front desk know we will absolutely be back. The Evergreen Resort in Shenzhen’s Nanshan was the perfect place for us to hunker down away from bustling Hong Kong during the Chinese New Year. Sitting on green hills, it offers various exciting activities, for both children and adults. We, four friends, went there with our families. We all enjoyed our stay there, especially the kids. The staff members are amiable and the service is good. And we also enjoyed the food at the resort restaurant. There are a lot of varieties in the buffet breakfast as well as for dinner. I strongly recommend the resort for those looking for a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The location of the property is good and services are also good, the park around ifs fun time for kids,, but the room cleanliness is quite poor. The carpets were very dirty.!

excellent location and view, staff is very friendly. One downside in service is that there is no restaurant after 4 pm , so you have to order food from outside. However staff (邓鄧) helped me to order from outside. Rooms are specious and the surrounding is great. However it needs a renovation very badly as the carpets are really innbad shape as well the facilities are dated.

The hotel is in the mountain close to the Nanshan park. It is a little dated but we had a private cabin which has good privacy and very spacious. The weather was rainy, could be better if the weather is nice. We have a few big luggage but the cabin is up in the hill so it takes some effort to lift all the luggages up to the cabin.

Good location. Facility little worn. But it make us that feels stay in mountain cabin. I feel it is more compfortable.

The view is amazing!! Booked this for my nature loving parents and they love it. The only downside is that you need to climb up a flight of stairs to get to the treehouse. Which means that you need to carry the luggage up the flight of stairs too. Breakfast is very simple.

This hotel has it all for family vacations. Tickets to the park were included in our stay. Every day were performances and it took us 3 full days to do everything the park had to offer (with a 2.5 year-old). Hotel staff was friendly and helped us constantly. Free breakfast was good. Stayed in the treehouse and it was very humid, the bedsheets felt damp in fact. I wish to recommend a dehumidifier for the rooms to the hotel. Overall it was one of our best vacations; my wife wants to come back next year with the extended family!

It has an old environment with old buildings. It was a little dirty. As a foreigner, I didn't like visiting with my family.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the cabin-style hotel – a perfect winter retreat. The views were lovely, and the staff incredibly friendly. Their excellent service was highlighted when my friends left valuables behind; the staff promptly arranged to send them to our home address. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you!
