After receiving your feedback about the problems with the sofa wall and air conditioner, Xiaosi immediately contacted the housekeeping department to inform and make inspections and rectifications for this type of room (completed on the same day). Regarding the issue of poor service you mentioned, Xiaosi's Each receptionist can only take up the post after receiving professional training and skills examination. Strict requirements are required to provide the most warm and thoughtful service to every VIP staying at Xiaosi. It just takes 5 minutes dirve to reach Luohu Port and 30 minutes walk to reach Hong Kong.It also takes 5 minutes to walk to the Shenzhen Metro line 1, 2 and line 9 stations.
